Serve as a technical lead for infrastructure projects, including new store rollouts, network upgrades, and technology deployments. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and policies. Evaluate emerging networking technologies and tools to provide recommendations to improve network efficiency, security, and scalability. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of hands-on experience in network administration or engineering, with a strong track record in enterprise environments. At least CCNA certification, CCNP preferred Advanced knowledge of networking protocols and services (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, BGP, OSPF and VLANs). Experience with Sonicwall firewalls Hands-on experience with network monitoring, diagnostics, and management tools Proven expertise in routing, switching, firewall configuration, and wireless networking. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Experience with Cisco, Ubiquiti networking products and UniFi Controller software. Experience with Cisco and Ubiquiti wireless configuration and management SAN and backup solution design and implementation Knowledge of PCI security standards Familiarity with F5 load balancers Familiarity with retail IT infrastructure and large-scale multi-site network environments.
