Responsibilities Partner with and support Wealth Advisors on 50 - 60 client relationships to best serve our clients. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of financial services experience. Bachelor's degree required. Ideal candidate has a CFP. This includes acting as an advisor to the Criminal Justice Club and supporting student leadership and growth opportunities * Lead Faculty provides flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends to meet student and business requirements. * Occasional overnight travel for University meetings may occur and conference or training opportunities involving travel may also be included * Candidate must be able to maintain business hours of 8-5pm CST while working remote and be reachable and accountable for college business support * History and continuation of thought leadership is expected Additional Duties * Fulfill responsibilities of an instructor to include, but not be limited to: preparation for courses, provide a high level of academic instruction, clearly document student progress through assessment activities, communicate with Academic Advisors regarding at risk students, post student attendance and final grades within prescribed timeframe; engage in professional development and faculty development activities as required * Serve as lead for academic program * Participate in curriculum action committee meetings * Create and manage course schedule, assign faculty and hire new faculty as needed * Monitor, guide and mentor faculty on the delivery of course content * Conduct classroom observations and annual reviews of faculty; provide feedback to faculty regarding performance * Monitor faculty effectiveness through review of student course evaluations * Handle day-to-day administrative functions - Respond in a timely manner to faculty questions - Maintain high level of faculty morale. * Assist in the orientation of new faculty members; serve as team member for faculty in-service meetings and new faculty orientation meetings Qualifications - Required Experience * Minimum of 3 years of experience in a post-secondary institution as student-centered, retention-focused educator * At least a Master's degree in health care administration or closely related field from an institution regionally accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent) * Required in appropriate academic subject area / field of instruction experience preferred * 3+ years teaching at the college level, preferably to adult and other non-traditional students, including veteran students. * Documented expertise in interpersonal and oral presentation/written communication skills, as demonstrated by data sheet, diplomas, degrees, transcripts, certifications, CVs/Resumes, and in personal interview.
