Job description: Role Summary:
Perform system power-up and/or checkout operations on complex systems. Provide effective support for the production function by performing technical duties including testing and debugging, recording of data, etc., consistent with established performance standards and specifications in a manner that will ensure successful results within time and cost guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform power-up, leak check and /or checkout on manufactured equipment.
Assist in developing solutions for technical production design, documentation and procurement problems relevant to the manufacturing department that are within the area of expertise.
Tests, troubleshoot, and evaluate equipment and components to specifications and checkout procedures, make modifications to equipment consistent with ECO's.
May provide input to desired engineering changes.
Assis in maintaining company-owned equipment such as oscilloscopes, volt meters, etc., to ensure their accuracy and availability for test results.
Suggest methods and materials which will improve product performance, ease of manufacture, and/or profit.
Establish and maintain proper documentation for assigned projects including setup specifications and related machine/production operating procedures.
Provide clear and accurate test result data as required for interpretation and analysis by engineering and production management personnel.
Provide support and backup for Field Service group as required.
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Education and Experience:
