Minimum qualifications:

+ Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Material Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

+ 4 years of experience in monolithically integrated photonic process development and integration

Preferred qualifications:

+ PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Material Science, or a related field

As a Hardware Engineer, you design and build the systems that are the heart of the world's largest and most powerful computing infrastructure. You develop from the lowest levels of circuit design to large system design and see those systems all the way through to high volume manufacturing. With your technical expertise, you lead projects in multiple areas of expertise (i.e., engineering domains or systems) within a data center facility, including construction and equipment installation/troubleshooting/debugging with vendors.

+ Design layout device structures to drive in-depth device characterization, understanding, and optimization.

+ Characterize, analyze, and model devices and parameters to advance understanding of device operation.

+ Develop and implement new parametric extraction methods to boost capability and efficiency of engineering teams and activities.

+ Develop and integrate processes and process modules by design and execute experiments in collaboration with relevant engineering teams to troubleshoot and optimize devices and processes.

+ Lead projects with initiative and diligence to drive projects to successful conclusions while seeking understanding.

The Senior Integrations Engineer provides technical expertise in support of integration elements of Tyler software products across various systems management technologies, such as virtualization, networking, servers, databases, and system performance. You combine passion for outstanding customer service with a product mindset to ensure that key insights are communicated to our product teams. We are looking for people who have the expertise of managing technical integrations, fostering developer/business relationships, and who have a desire to improve the support experience of our internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
Assist our customers in managing complex enterprise systems, and high-quality tools that enable their business.
Troubleshoot complex integration issues, including full web stack, SOAP, and REST-API technologies and architectures.
Work closely with product managers, product designers, and engineering to lead or contribute to large-scale projects.
Act as a portal for technical communication between outside developers and our product teams.
Independently frame issues and translates them into actionable insights, with minimal guidance or input from manager.
Proactively and independently lead the strategic direction of area of ownership or project.
Effectively complete several concurrent complex activities and execute on projects with minimal direction.
Provide valuable perspective and support to team members on integration support and initiatives. Define and structure problems with the aim to improve a project and/or process.
Effective and proactive communicator across markets and cross-functional divisional teams.
Comfortable presenting among a wide variety of audiences in a clear and effective manner.
Fosters strong relationships in cross-functional teams and able to persuade outcomes.
Work with Development, passing information to and from other teams.
Work with Technical Support on issues that require advanced troubleshooting or solutions.
Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
Proficient in Windows System Administration and IIS Troubleshooting
Knowledge of the SDLC.
Experience building integrated solutions in AWS
Experience with MS Server, virtualization, data storage, and networking
Experience reading XML
Experience with the full web stack, SOAP and REST API and technologies.
Project management experience communicating with people at all levels (internal and external).
Analytical-thinking and problem-solving experience.
Experience communicating with cross-functional partners (both technical and non-technical audiences).
Adapt to changing product and environments; eliminate team knowledge gaps in legacy, current and future products, and services.
Stay current on new technology from an integration perspective as well as internal product advancements.

Requirements: 4+ years of experience building Integration solutions using common design patterns Strong experience with Enterprise Integration and iPaaS tools like Workato, Mulesoft, Dell Boomi etc.1+ years of development experience using Workato.Experience with administration and governance of Integration tools and infrastructure Experience working with SOAP/REST APIs and API management and governance Experience with automation, ETL and ELT implementations leveraging tools like FiveTran, AirFlow, AWS stack (Appflow, Glue, Spark etc.) Strong documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills Experienced working in Agile ScrumKnowledge of one or more programming languages (C#, Java, Python etc.) highly preferred
