Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent hands-on programming experience. Experience working with SQL. RPGLE experience usingfree-format and procedures. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think through complex systems. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently while staying connected to the broader team. A customer-focused, service-driven approach. Preferred (Nice to Have) Experience with IBM iSeries. Programming experience with RPG ILE and RPG Free.
