Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Design

Qualifications
Education:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in LandscapeArchitecture, Horticulture, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience:
2-3 years of experience in landscape design, estimating, or project coordination.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with Aspire Software or similar estimating platforms a plus.

Our Client is looking for an expert Cognos Resource. This person will not write reports; but will help Client determine how to set up Cognos with their Oracle data warehouse. Client is planning a 1,500-query user implementation, with about 100 report developers. In the current data warehouse, Client has about 600 tables, including about 300 code tables. These tables are made available to data warehouse users in about 50 data models. The largest tables contain over 20 years of history and exceed 100 million records. The current reporting tool includes about 2,000 reports in 400 documents. Client will rebuild about 4,500 existing reports in Cognos.
Qualifications
• Suggest the best time to set up data marts, cubes, and dashboards (before go-live or after), given constraints on scope, resources, time, and quality.
• Work with Client staff on these topics and provide on the job training and mentoring to them, both teaching Client staff and coaching them as they do this work on their own.
• Make sure Client is on the right foundation and sets up data marts, cubes, etc. appropriate to most effectively and efficiently meet business requirements, recommend how to set up security, how to deploy reports, how to more efficiently run reports, do tuning and indexing, etc.
• Client expects the work of the consultant to be done on-site
• Would be available for other questions as needed about security and architecture. -Position requires 40 hours a week. Consultant will help define and also coach
• Determine which Cognos tools will best support Client's business requirements.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and technically skilled Automation and Innovation Architect with deep UiPath expertise to lead the design and implementation of intelligent automation solutions within the retirement and health management sector. This role will play a critical part in modernizing legacy systems, improving member and provider experiences, and driving operational efficiency through automation and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Automation Architecture & Delivery:
Design and implement scalable, secure, and compliant automation solutions using UiPath to streamline processes such as claims processing, eligibility verification, member onboarding, and provider data management.
Collaborate with business units to identify high-impact automation opportunities across retirement plan administration and health benefits operations.
Innovation Strategy:
Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI, ML, NLP, OCR) to enhance automation capabilities and improve service delivery for members and providers.
Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to test and validate innovative solutions in real-world healthcare and retirement plan scenarios.
Governance & Compliance:
Develop and maintain automation governance frameworks, documentation, and audit trails.
Collaboration & Enablement:
Partner with IT, compliance, operations, and customer service teams to align automation initiatives with business goals.
Mentor and guide RPA developers and analysts to build a center of excellence (CoE) for automation.
Continuous Improvement:
Monitor automation performance and ROI, and recommend enhancements to improve accuracy, speed, and user satisfaction.
Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes affecting retirement and health management.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in automation architecture, with at least 3 years of hands-on UiPath development and deployment.
UiPath certifications (e.g., Advanced RPA Developer, Solution Architect) strongly preferred.
Experience in the retirement services, health insurance, or healthcare administration industry.
Strong understanding of RPA, APIs, OCR, AI/ML, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
Preferred Skills:
Experience with process mining tools (e.g., UiPath Process Mining, Celonis).
Knowledge of other automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Automation Anywhere).
Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
