Become the Nutrition Services Director you always wanted to be
Manage Departmental budget as it relates to position.
Perform and document all purchasing, receiving, and inventory control of food and supplies.
Maintain proper sanitation, temperature, and food handling techniques to comply with regulations.
Determine quality, quantity and portion size of food required and ensure proper handling of food.
Ensure adequate staffing and management of the department's employees.
Ensure production for both patient meals and cafeteria line are properly coordinated.
Develop cafeteria menu as needed.
Purchase food, assist with and assign duties for special needs or special occasions.
Qualifications
Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) with the Commission of Dietetic Registration (CDR) or Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) with the Certifying Board for Dietary Managers (CBDM) or an executive chef required.
Three to five years of healthcare clinical nutrition, or executive chef experience required.
Ten plus years healthcare food service experience, or five plus years of healthcare management experience required.
Graduate of a Bachelor's degree program in Dietetics, Culinary Arts or related field preferred.
Must have thorough knowledge of nutrition and dietetics, administration, and operation of hospital food services, and knowledge of all H.A.C.C.P. guidelines.

The Director of Nursing (DON) provides strategic and operational leadership for nursing services
across Infinite Recovery's Cedar Park and Buda facilities. This role ensures the delivery of safe, high-
quality, and compliant care within residential, detox and outpatient settings. The DON leads all
nursing personnel, oversees training and performance management, ensures regulatory and
accreditation compliance, and collaborates with the COO and Medical Director to maintain excellence

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Provide direct oversight and leadership for all nursing operations at the Cedar Park and Buda campuses
• Supervise and evaluate nursing staff performance, fostering accountability and professional growth.
• Ensure all nursing activities align with Infinite Recovery policies, Joint Commission standards, and applicable state regulations.
• Partner with the COO and Medical Director to ensure seamless coordination across
programs and continuity of care.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and continuing education for nursing personnel in
collaboration with Human Resources.
• Conduct regular chart audits, infection control reviews, and medication administration (MAR) audits to maintain compliance and quality standards.
• Coordinate admission and discharge processes in partnership with the Admissions and Detox Services team.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Lead or participate in incident reviews, quality improvement initiatives, and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and training specifically detox, residential, and outpatient care.
• Provide mentorship and leadership for charge nurses and nursing supervisors across both campuses.

The Director of Nursing provides nursing and administrative duties to the Pre Op, OR and PACU areas. The position is also responsible for directing and coordinating all clinical activities, resources and personnel at Advanced Surgical Center. The Director of Nursing coordinates the facility's preparation for AAAHC accreditation, OSHA, HCFA, and State rules and regulations. Serves the facility as the specialty resource for the current standards of regulatory agencies that apply. Performs utilization review, performance improvement and staff education. Oversees infection control and employee health. Maintains the survey readiness for facility in between surveys.

Licenses or Certifications: Current licensure to practice in the State of Texas. Successful completion of Basic Cardiac Life Support course; ACLS and CNOR preferred and PALS if applicable.
Education, Vocational Training and Experience: Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing. Bachelor degree required; Master degree preferred. Significant experience in clinical nursing is required. Preferred a minimum of three years supervisory experience in a healthcare related organization. Current experience in ambulatory surgery is required. Materials management experience is preferred. c. Monitors and evaluates the performance of staff members against established performance standards and professional goals
d. Reviews all performance evaluations of the operating room and post-anesthesia care unit staff
e. Develops, implements and evaluates nurse recruitment and retention program that reflects the staffing needs of the ASC
f. Hires, disciplines, evaluates and terminates staff members as appropriate
g. Develops policies, procedures and positions to efficiently coordinate personnel in the ASC
3. Collaborates with the Administrator in the development of the clinical budgets for the ASC, monitoring expenses and reporting of variances

b. Monitors the equipment, supply, pharmaceutical and clinical staffing expenses, investigates and reports variances to the Administrator and takes corrective action
c. Evaluates on an ongoing basis the efficiency of coordinating personnel and equipment
d. Assists with the capital equipment budgets, based on program needs, working with medical staff to access needs and maximize benefit of equipment
