Overview

Work in unison with Agents, Regional Underwriters and AMS's and other departments within the Selective community to grow a profitable book of "small business" based on agency/territory/team assignments. Actively markets small business product to agents and travels within assigned territory, as necessary.
Reinforce the ease of doing business with Selective by meeting or exceeding agent expectations and service quality on a consistent basis. Communicate openly and in a timely fashion. Drive agent adoption of our technology through our training efforts in CLAS.
Monitor premium growth for each "small business" segment, within assigned territory, with the use of electronic reporting tools. Continually conduct profit and growth analysis by territory and agency as assigned.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with manager, peers and agents. Communicate openly and in a timely fashion to team members on individual progress and shares information. Assist with training of newer Small business underwriters as necessary.

Responsible for automobile travel within territory traveling to agent offices. Car travel represents approximately 10-20% of employee's time.

Position Overview:
The Renovation LoanProcessor is responsible for providing quality customer service by obtaining necessary documentation to underwrite the loan and orders third party documentation by communicating directly with the customer and/or Loan Officer. The Renovation LoanProcessor provides proper disclosures when required by applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform a thorough review and analysis of borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets as required by the loan program before submitting to underwriting.
Assemble the complete loan package in proper order for underwriting.
Verify all required documentation (pre-underwrite) in the file.
Complete the required loan checklist.
Verify that an application is complete and accurate; identify any potential issues that may arise in underwriting.
Prepare a loan approval summary, Forms 1008 and 1003, and ensure the accuracy of all the information printed on the documents; communicate directly with the Loan Originator, customer, and Underwriter to obtain initial and any missing documentation required to qualify for the loan.
Review loans for compliance with all mortgage-related regulations (RESPA, TIL, HMDA, Reg. B, etc.) and prepare required disclosures.
Communicate with various companies to obtain Property Survey, Flood Certificate, Title Commitment, and payoff information.
Verify that vendor orders are complete, invoices are received and in the applicant's E-file.
Manage pipeline by completing and submitting reports within allotted turn-around times.
Assist set-up of loans.
Document all communication related to the loan application in the conversation log.
Train and assist supervision of new LoanProcessors and other processing personnel.
Assist closing, secondary marketing, and loan servicing to obtain and clear outstanding suspense items from CrossCountry Mortgage investors.
Available to work varying hours and overtime if needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience.
3+ years of renovation loan processing and/or contractor validation experience.
Experience with Encompass.
Experience with Encompass loan origination software and pipeline management, is preferred.
Working knowledge of RESPA regulations and general knowledge of all mortgage and consumer lending regulations, including but not limited to Regulation Z and Regulation B requirements, and loan documents, preferred.

Position Purpose
Capital Bank is looking for a Mortgage LoanProcessor to join our team. The Mortgage LoanProcessor works closely with loan originators to process mortgage loans in order to provide a seamless customer experience. The Mortgage LoanProcessor's primary function is to ensure the timely and accurate submission of loans to Underwriting.
Position Responsibilities
Gathers and analyzes documentation and other information to take each loan application from once setup to closing
Contacts borrowers and referral sources as an introduction within 3 days (72 hours) of receipt
Reviews all income documentation to ensure that is accurate and supports the guidelines in place for a specific loan product
Reviews product guidelines to make sure that the loan fits and the necessary documentation is obtained, including:
Verify 2 years of continued employment - document any gaps
Review asset documentation
Review credit report
Review appraisal
Review title work
Review hazard insurance
Obtain payoffs on refinances by contacting current mortgage holder
Make sure all documentation is legible
Obtain all required certifications from agent - termite, well, septic, etc. and review upon receipt. Actions as needed.
Monitor daily closing schedule and make sure all loan are scheduled - if not scheduled notify Title Company, Agent and/or Loan Officer and schedule with closing department
Submit loan to underwriting in appropriate file order
Clear all Prior to Closing conditions. - Loans must be “clear to close” at least 48 hours prior to closing
Advise borrower of loan decision and any required conditions
Inputs proper loan information into Encompass so that data and supporting documentation are accurate.
Contacts borrowers to obtain additional documentation as necessary to meet loan guidelines
Follows Processing procedures as designated by Processing Manager
Must meet crucial deadlines such as financing contingencies and closing dates
Works with the MLO and/or LOA regarding missing/requested items
Updates conversation logs in Encompass
Minimum Education & Experience
3-5 years experience in a loan processing role with experience handling loans from start to finish.
Recent experience in the mortgage industry as an assistant, loanprocessor or loan officer is preferred.
Experience communicating with borrowers regarding lending requirements.
Experience processing conventional, FHA and VA loans.
Experience with Encompass software is required.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Strong background in calculating income is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven customer service ability is required.

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated JR Wholesale Account Manager to join the Wholesale Operations team at Deephaven Mortgage. This role plays a key part in the loan delivery process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and quality of assets being delivered while providing heightened coverage and assistance to optimize processes and increase efficiencies. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and passionate about improving workflows to support our clients and internal teams.
What You'll Do
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to optimize the loan delivery process and identify opportunities for automation to increase efficiency and accuracy
Ensure all loans are delivered timely and accurately to our investors
Order and review applicable services and verifications as determined
Develop and implement automated solutions to reduce errors and streamline processes
Continuously evaluate loan delivery effectiveness and suggest process improvements
Serve as the main point of contact for Deephaven clients (internal and external) to support pipeline and loan delivery needs
Additional Responsibilities:
Clear past-due reports to help maintain SLA requirements
Assist brokers and Account Managers with appraisal ordering, including payment link distribution
Distribute daily reports (suspended loans, rate locks, ICD report)
Provide coverage when teammates are out of office (RTO)
Order transcripts, SSA 89 forms, and VOEs
Follow up on post-closing requests
Request CDAs and AVMs
Complete AM checklists and order ICDs
Update HOIs, file contacts, and conduct fraud checks
What We Need
1+ years of mortgage or financial services experience preferred
Familiarity with wholesale lending processes a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
