Responsibilities:
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the ramp staff, with an emphasis on safety, performance, and productivity. You will coordinate and prepare railcars for loading and unloading, verify inbound and outbound train numbers, and manage the movement of ramp crews. + Expertise in Workday Payroll, time & attendance systems and integration with payroll processes.
