The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and executing email marketing campaigns essential for the university's fundraising, alumni relations, and other advancement initiatives. Digital Strategy is a team of six digital comms professionals, with three in email marketing roles.Job Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Design and schedule email marketing campaigns and templates for alumni engagement, annual giving, and fundraising initiatives. Manage the draft, review, and approval process for individual projects. Troubleshoot and resolve email deployment issues promptly. 50% Serve as project/traffic manager for Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects; maintain UA-wide email campaign calendar; report on project status in email team production meetings; interface with UA partners to gather assets and define project scope; troubleshoot “at risk” projects. 40% Other duties as assigned, including but not limited to: seed list management, producing assets for meeting presentations, managing and organizing creative assets for digital strategy team. 10% Perform other duties as assigned.
