In this role, you'll become an expert on cyber incident response platforms, our buyer's journey, personas and their motivations, as well as our competition. With this knowledge, you'll create compelling customer-facing content and enablement content to support both our marketing and sales efforts. This is initially an individual contributor role that will be supported by the broader marketing team and external agencies, with the opportunity to manage people as the company grows. The job to be done: Thoroughly understand our target industries, buyer personas, their use cases, and their journeys. Create the required volume of thought-provoking, educational content in multiple formats including datasheets, blogs, videos, whitepapers, and presentations. Present in webinars, field events, and analyst interactions. Collaborate with sales and product management to drive alignment and successfully execute campaigns, sales plays and programs that build pipeline, close new business, and upsell customers.
