Qualifications:

Must be a self-starter who is able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Strong visual communication skills, especially graphic design, photography and video

Role Mandate
As SeniorManager, AI Marketing Initiatives, you will lead AI as a core operating capability across Marketing at Aircall. You will own the strategy, hands-on development, and scaled deployment of AI agents and workflows that drive pipeline efficiency, accelerate content and localization, and materially improve marketing productivity.
This role is for a hands-on builder with strong technical fluency who can translate complex business problems into tangible, AI-driven solutions. Success is measured in revenue impact, time saved, and operational efficiency.
This is a 3 day per week hybrid role based in our Bellevue office. Key Responsibilities:
AI Ownership & Product Leadership
Act as the product owner for a portfolio of Marketing AI initiatives across demand, growth, content, and marketing operations.
Translate business challenges into prioritized AI use cases with clear ROI hypotheses.
Rapidly prototype, test, and deploy AI workflows, moving from POCs to production with global adoption.
Own prioritization across initiatives based on impact, scalability, and time to value.
Demand, Growth & Lifecycle
Apply AI to lead scoring, routing, personalization, and conversion optimization within HubSpot, our core system of record.
Improve CPipe and QPipe efficiency through AI-driven targeting, forecasting, and lifecycle orchestration.
Partner with Growth, Demand Generation, and Sales Development to scale high-intent pipeline motions.
Content, Website & AI Search
Build and deploy AI-assisted content and localization workflows across web and campaigns.
Improve SEO and AI-search discovery through automated content generation, optimization, and testing.
Increase speed and global consistency while maintaining brand quality.
Marketing Operations & Productivity
Embed AI into campaign operations, QA, reporting, and workflow automation across the MarTech stack.
Eliminate manual processes and reduce cycle times across core marketing workflows.
Drive measurable productivity gains per marketer and per dollar spent.
Tooling, Data & Integration
Design and implement AI workflows integrated with existing platforms, including:
HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Content Hub, lifecycle, and automation
Salesforce for pipeline and revenue visibility
GA4 and internal dashboards for performance insights
AI Enrichment and Workflow Tools such as Clay for lead enrichment and AI-powered positioning/creative scale, and n8n (or similar: Zapier, Make, Workato) for AI workflow automation, particularly for content generation.
Trustpilot, G2, Capterra for review generation, advocacy, and sentiment analysis
Paid platforms including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Bing, and Reddit
Work fluently with APIs, data flows, and automation layers to connect systems.
Partner with Product, Data, IT, and Legal to ensure security, compliance, and scalability.
Measurement & Enablement
Define KPIs tied to time saved, conversion lift, pipeline efficiency, and asset performance.
Measure and report AI impact in business terms to executive leadership.
Build playbooks, standards, and training to operationalize Human plus AI workflows across Marketing.
Qualifications:
Experience
8-12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, marketing operations, growth, or product operations.
Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from ideation through scaled execution.
Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel and revenue motion.
Technical Aptitude
Foundational and practical understanding of AI concepts and how they apply to real business problems.'
Hands-on experience building POCs using modern AI tools and workflows.

Qualifications:
* 8+ years of experience in GTM Strategy, Sales/Business Operations, or Management Consulting within high-growth technology companies.
* 2+ years of formal people management experience with a demonstrated ability to coach and grow a team.
* Proven experience leading a critical, company-wide strategic initiative from conception to measurable results.
* Direct, hands-on experience with AI/ML projects or tools in a GTM context. This could include deploying AI-powered sales tools (e.g., forecasting, conversation intelligence), leading generative AI pilots for content creation, or implementing ML-based lead scoring models.

Bellevue College's Marketing and Communications team leads branding, marketing, communications, creative, and digital strategy. Essential Functions
Manage and implement digital strategies to support the college's strategic enrollment priorities.
* Use technology stack (TargetX, YouVisit, Naviance, etc.) to increase inquiries, applications, and enrollment of new students to support enrollment goals. Develop conditional content for personalized communications based on user behaviors such as completed relevant actions, past email engagement, and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.)

Content Development: Oversee the development of high-impact content for diverse audiences, including thought leadership pieces, press releases, case studies, blogs, and customer success stories.
Media Relations: Leverage parent company resources to build and manage relationships with global media outlets to secure positive coverage and drive engagement.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams (revenue & product, global design & innovation, ESG, EHS, CyberSec and operations) and external partners to ensure alignment and maximize the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Digital Marketing: Direct digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, and web analytics to drive online visibility and lead generation.
Event Management: Oversee the planning and execution of major industry events, conferences, and webinars to showcase the company's expertise and innovations.
Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing and communications activities, reporting regularly to executive leadership.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven track record (10+ years) in global marketing and communications leadership roles within technology, data center, or IT infrastructure sectors.
Experience managing multicultural teams and driving initiatives across multiple regions, including EMEA, APAC, and Americas.
Strong understanding of data center solutions, cloud and AI technologies, and the digital infrastructure industry.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
Expertise in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
Ability to work strategically and operationally, managing budgets and delivering measurable results.
High level of adaptability, cultural sensitivity, and collaborative spirit.
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B marketing for enterprise customers.
Familiarity with sustainability and ESG communications within the technology sector.
Strong network within the global data center, cloud/AI, and IT infrastructure communities.
Location & Travel
This is a global leadership role, ideally based in a major international hub. Travel may be required to support regional teams, attend industry events, and engage with stakeholders.
