Key Responsibilities E-Commerce Strategy & Execution Own the overall performance and growth of ROPE.com's DTC channels (Shopify, Amazon, etc.) Lead the day-to-day e-commerce operations, including merchandising, promotions, inventory flow, and product launches. Develop and implement data-driven strategies to grow traffic, conversion, AOV, and customer retention. Oversee end-to-end Amazon strategy including advertising, content optimization, inventory management, and customer service. Digital Marketing Direct the performance marketing strategy across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other channels, balancing brand and ROAS. Develop and manage the content calendar in collaboration with creative partners to drive storytelling, product education, and engagement. Oversee SEO, SEM, and affiliate marketing programs to maximize organic and paid reach. Customer Experience Ensure a smooth and branded online customer journey from homepage to checkout to post-purchase. Optimize site UX, navigation, PDPs, and checkout for performance and ease of use. Partner with customer service and fulfillment teams to ensure fast, friendly, and reliable experiences. Analytics & Reporting Own reporting dashboards across all e-commerce KPIs (traffic, sales, conversion, retention, etc.) Use A/B testing and performance analytics to inform site improvements and campaign optimization. Team Leadership & Collaboration Build and manage a high-performing internal and external team (agencies, freelancers, or in-house staff).
