We are currently seeking a talented [remove double space character] Project Manager for Lucid Smart Energy Products and the Smart Energy Program. This position requires an experienced professional with a proven track record of excellence in managing projects and bringing products to the market. The candidate demonstrates strong organizational capability and the ability to command respect from the talented cross functional teams. The ideal candidate will communicate proactively, so each individual team member remains aware of the timing and delivery expectations placed upon them and that critical issues are identified and brought to the attention of senior management in a timely manner.

The Role:Assemble systems for Smart Energy showcasing vehicle-to-home, vehicle-to-business, and vehicle-to-grid Ensure overall product delivery Project-Manage the integration of prototypes Derive customer facing products Deliver prove-of-concept around building energy management advancing to vehicle-to-grid business models Run prototyping project with partnering agencies and companies Steer the implementation on Lucid components as vehicle, charging station and residential energy managing device Drive and ensure test and validation Setting up a central control component for managing energy flows within a facility, building and home
Qualifications:Technical experience in the field of electric vehicle charging Technical experience with smart home energy systems and the electrical grid Strong organizational skills and the power to keep complex cross-functional projects on schedule Preferably [5+] years experience in project management on technical projects Strong ability of abstraction and to integrate a project-centric view into the broader system-wide landscape Experience with defining test cases and acceptance criteria
Education:Master's degree preferred Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical discipline (electrical engineering, microelectronics, computer science, physics, or similar).

About The Role:

The WePay DevEx team is laser focused on letting our core customers, the product manager and engineer, build amazing payment experiences on top of our API, in a seamless, rapid, and powerful way.

Top software platforms with two sided marketplaces leverage the WePay platform to facilitate millions of dollars moving from payers to merchants, and use our API to get it done. We're looking for a seasoned product manager to come in and take the reins of the Developer Experience product roadmap. This person will work with customers, gain insight to their biggest pain points, and prioritize & develop the developer experience roadmap. In addition, this person will study the underlying data and make decisions, all in service to getting products and features shipped.
What You Will Do:Define product requirements, create user stories, and define acceptance criteria for various product use cases.Set KPIs and ensure we have all the key metrics needed to inform on our success.Effectively lead cross-functional stakeholders and teams to deliver for our customers.Manage the product roadmap, maintain and prioritize product backlog.Create business cases for new products and features.Work as a trusted partner with engineering to align and execute on our initiatives.Educate and evangelize Card Present products within the broader organization.Be a prominent voice of our customers continuously evangelizing for their needs.
What We Are Looking For:3-5 years of Product Management experience, with a focus on developing roadmaps, defining OKRs and north star metrics, and writing strong PRDs.Prior experience developing APIs or self-serve features for a Software as a Service like dashboard. A strong technical background and/or acumen and experience partnering effectively with engineering teams in an agile environment. Customer/end-user empathy and a passion for delivering elevated experiences that delight the users.Engaging interpersonal, communication and presentational skills with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive results.A team player willing to wear multiple hats and do whatever it takes to serve your customers.

• Demonstrated experience conceiving, launching, and scaling developer experience based tools and products
• Experience working with a multidisciplinary team of Developer Advocates, Software Engineers, Frontend Developers, Technical Support, Product teams
• Problem solver, but also balances risks and benefits
