LegalMatch is looking for a Senior Manager to lead our Recruiting Department. This position will be based out of our Reno, NV office. This will be a hands-on position that will be responsible for recruiting functions across all of LegalMatch's offices. This is a hybrid position encompassing leading the team, people development and training, process development, strategy formation, interview scheduling, candidate review, candidate interviews and offer letter creation.

Job Summary

Responsible for leading talent acquisition activities for the organization.
