Your new role

About the Team
The Cyber TPM M&A team is focused on the integration of Discover into Capital One, as part of the recent acquisition. The team focuses on the convergence of Cyber platforms from Discover into their Capital One equivalent.
Our TPM Directors Have
Strong technical backgrounds (ideally building highly scalable platforms, products, or services) with the ability to proactively identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the delivery life‑cycle
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
Excellent problem‑solving and influencing skills
A quantitative approach to problem‑solving and a collaborative implementer of holistic solutions; a systems thinker
Experience as a TPM leader to grow and develop a team of TPMs, while also building the foundations for the TPM practice
Ability to simplify the technically complex and drive well‑educated decisions across product, engineering, design, and data science representatives
Deep focus on execution, follow‑through, accountability, and results
Exceptional cross‑team collaboration; able to work across different functions, organizations, and reporting boundaries to get the job done

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
At least 7 years of experience managing technical programs

7+ years of experience designing and building data‑intensive solutions using distributed computing
3+ years of experience building distributed systems & highly available services using cloud computing services / architecture - preferably using AWS
3+ years experience building highly scalable mobile products & platforms
3+ years of experience with Agile delivery
3+ years years experience delivering large and complex programs - where you own the business or technical vision, collaborate with large cross‑functional teams, secure commitments on deliverables and unblock teams to land business impact
3+ years of experience working in Cyber or in Cyber systems
3+ years of experience working with M&A (merger and acquisition)

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non‑discretionary depending on the plan.

**Description**
As a Carrier Sales Business Operations Lead, you will:

Lead US Leadership team's preparation for bi-weekly Sales Review with C-suite leadership and other reporting in key seasonal moments / new product launches.

**Minimum Qualifications**

+ 8+ years work experience in sales operations, business planning, consulting, finance, strategy and/or analytics
+ Demonstrated success in relevant positions encompassing consumer/business intelligence, product marketing, product management, commercial management, finance and/or strategy planning
