Position Overview:
The Line Leadrole is a front-line supervisor role, responsible for directly managing and developing a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to regularly achieve production targets. This role is not visa eligible.
What you'll be doing:
Manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely for repairs, while meeting or exceeding set production and quality goals.
Meet or exceed inventory production goals on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned team; identify team's strengths and weaknesses; determine areas of opportunity and the appropriate steps to improve.

Train a team of production associates using Quality Control standards to identify and complete repairs effectively and efficiently the first time, minimizing re-checks and delays in production.

The Role
We are looking for a Production Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and management of work adherence for two Energy Center plants providing 300MW of reliable energy in an off-grid installation.
You will focus on Energy Center maintenance activities and scheduling, minimizing plant risk and out-of-service time for critical equipment, and identifying the most efficient and cost-effective solutions for the Energy Center. Duties will include coordinating with all Energy Center organizations to resolve variances in scheduled activities and prioritizing work activities based on equipment impact.
You will report to our Site Manager of New Albany South and be based in/near New Albany, Ohio.
Key responsibilities will include:
Directs the development and implementation of the scheduling process, including resolving schedule conflicts
Provides schedule performance information, develops plans for schedule implementations, and updates as required
Directs work week status meetings with maintenance, modifications, operations, and support organizations to direct the implementation of the work schedule
Ensures schedules are developed in accordance with Energy Center requirements and standards
Works closely with the on-duty Control Room Staff, O&M Management, and LTSA providers to ensure the work week is executed as planned and emergent/short-cycle work is implemented as required to support plant priorities
Works directly with LTSA providers to establish a robust planned outage schedule and manage performance of the contract
Leads site efforts in managing quality CMMS data and Work Order execution, and maintenance backlog
Tracks and coordinates maintenance activities to minimize equipment/system out-of-service time.
Coordinates and schedules activities per Energy Center procedures to minimize plant risk
Development and analysis of maintenance and schedule KPIs
Communicates the schedule with the station through Work Management meetings and/or any other communication tools to ensure a successful schedule implementation
On-call availability is required for emergencies, with occasional evening, weekend, or holiday work as needed
The Ideal Candidate
Minimum of 7 years of power generation experience with at least 4 years cumulative experience in scheduling management, project management, operations, maintenance, project controls, or engineering
Comprehensive understanding of site work control, quality assurance, configuration management, material controls, and procedures for both maintenance and operations-related areas
Experience with PRA/Maximo/Primavera P6 or similar software and CMMS applications
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and make decisions under pressure to ensure uninterrupted operations
Intradepartmental communication skills (verbal and written)

Experience in late-stage manufacturing, product launch, and commercial manufacturing oversight is a must.
Experience building and scaling commercial manufacturing and packaging capabilities is a must.
Experience supporting or overseeing early-stage drug product process development.
Proven expertise in small molecule, oral solid dosage manufacturing, including tech transfer, PPQ, and process validation.
Strong experience overseeing packaging operations, including packaging readiness and validation.
Demonstrated ability to author manufacturing-related regulatory submission sections and respond to agency queries.
Experience participating in or preparing for regulatory inspections, including PAIs.

Function Specific Activities

About The Role

Western Partitions Inc. (WPI) is seeking an experienced and results-driven Manufacturing Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our fabrication and manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for managing project schedules, fabrication Takt time, product assembly, powder coating, shop safety, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency, ensure high-quality production, and maintain a safe and well-organized shop environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Fabrication & Manufacturing Management: Oversee all fabrication processes, including material preparation, assembly, and powder coating, ensuring production meets quality and efficiency standards.
Manufacturing Output Oversight: Oversee manufacturing output to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
Manufacturing Output Capacity Planning: Develop manufacturing output capacity plans to align with production goals and support future growth.
Facility Capacity Management & Scaling: Manage and scale up facility capacity to support increased production demands and future business expansion.
Project Scheduling: Develop, manage, and optimize project schedules and fabrication Takt time to meet production goals and delivery deadlines.
Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with outsourced vendors to align with project schedules and production requirements.
Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement: Implement Lean Six Sigma principles and other process improvement methodologies to enhance workflow efficiency, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
Shop Setup & Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the manufacturing shop is properly set up, organized, and maintained; oversee the maintenance and repair of all production equipment.
Safety & Compliance: Develop and enforce shop safety protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards.
Team Leadership & Training: Lead and develop the manufacturing team, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to enhance performance and skill development.
Cost Management: Monitor budgets, and labor efficiency to optimize profitability and cost control.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to align manufacturing processes with overall business goals.
Manage client customer relations and expectations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; or a minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role.
Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies (certifications preferred).
Experience with MES software and ability to drive key manufacturing metrics.
Demonstrated experience in project scheduling and Takt time optimization.
Knowledge of shop safety protocols, OSHA standards, and equipment maintenance.
Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive strategic decision-making.

We are hiring for multiple Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Supervisor over Flow Operations. These roles will be focused on overseeing Flow Operations and will have 15-25 direct reports. Responsibilities
* Lead the pharmaceutical manufacturing team by communicating performance expectations, holding team members accountable, providing guidance, and providing feedback.
