The Outreach & Marketing Representative Senior job serves as a liaison and resource to all potential referral sources to VCUHS with the intent of increasing business referrals. The Outreach & Marketing Representative Senior implements marketing strategies that increase revenue, referral base and promote department's corporate brand. This job interprets changes in the marketplace and generates ideas to carry out marketing initiatives that increase our market share. Performs market research, monitors customer service, assesses the market and evaluates departments' program and operating units. This job is responsible for public relations with referring physicians, hospital staff and other "customers" of VCUHS. This position tracks all activities and insures contribution to ROI.

The Outreach & Marketing Representative Senior is responsible for developing and fostering relationships with physicians and staff in network and new markets to increase referral growth, improve relations, remove service barriers and offer educational information for referral sources based on the needs and profile of a practice. This job initiates relationships and conducts outreach activities and customer service/network development service recovery calls to physicians and their staff. This job also supports VCU Health Care System Physicians and VCUHS Department Administrators/Leaders in promoting MCVP physicians and services to physicians both within Richmond and the entire Commonwealth of Virginia and in outlying areas.
