WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH * Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas. * Practice and promote safety in such a way as including but not limited to; assessing risks before starting tasks, only performing authorized activities, utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). * Review CAPEX Projects proposals, reports, recommendations and action plan for improvement prior to sending them out to the plants to ensure completeness of the reports. * Establish, maintain and update technical database and library for projects and studies conducted in order to share the learnings. * Prepare project-engineering studies, in collaboration with the other sections, to provide state of the art technology best practice, long term and cost effective concepts and solutions. * Conduct project-planning activities in preparation of CAPEX justification, feasibility studies, and evaluation of supplies' quotations and the analysis of financial stability of the project. * Keep updated on new project management methodologies in order to remain aware of the best available practices in the industry. * Provide analytical and physical support in the manufacturing group thru close monitoring and on-site supervision in the implementation of the CAPEX project to ensure that the CAPEX projects are being executed according to the design and scope. * Prepare and review necessary drawings such as detailed and general arrangement lay out. Prepare and review of a comprehensive technical cost estimate for project budgeting Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical manage * Ensure operations are in compliance with design and specifications, all construction operations are completed on schedule, within budget and to quality standards. * Assist in the supervision of Field Engineers assigned to the project by assigning daily tasks, resolving employee relations/site issues; interpret construction drawings and specifications for trades. * Participate in client/contractor meetings to resolve project issues. Propose solutions to help meet deadlines and monitor related job costs. * Assist in the preparation of engineering project proposals by providing price analysis. * Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas.
