Key Functions
Initiate, prepare, review, develop, track, and distribute submittals and RFIs through Procore.

The Product Development Engineer will design new products, improve existing products, and build prototypes for our Accessories, Bags, UTV and Snowmobile Cover division. The Engineer should be capable of developing products from concept to final production. The right candidate should be extremely hands-on and visually oriented with the ability to conceptualize and design complex 2-D and 3-D geometric shapes.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Drafts product designs according to customer, client, or company specifications using 2-D concept renderings and 3-D CAD drawings.
Adapts existing product designs to meet new specifications and applications.
Assists with construction of prototypes.
Tests prototypes to verify product reliability; makes adjustments as required.
Develop sewing patterns with corresponding product specification drawings/tech packs to ensure a complete, detailed, and accurate sample build.
Assists the engineering department in resolving product issues or production difficulties.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
