About the Role: The Mechanical Design Engineer is a hands-on engineering role focused on the design, development, and support of food processing equipment and custom machinery. This position requires strong machine design experience with augers, mixers, conveyors, and power transmission systems, as well as the ability to work within established processes while contributing to long-term improvements. Job Summary: The Product Development Process Engineer role resides within the Research and Development function at Elevation Labs Colorado, reporting to the VP of R&D.
