The Senior Project Engineer contributes to the successful design, fabrication, and installation of architectural and structural building systems. Working as part of an integrated team within a specific business unit, applies engineering, project management, problem solving, and communication skills across all levels and disciplines within the organization. The Senior Project Engineer, under the direction of Senior Project Manager or Function Manager, significantly contributes to project success.

Advanced activities pertaining to the Design Phase, including, but not limited to, submittal drawings, design approvals, reinforcement drawings, miscellaneous metal drawings.
Oversee the manufacture-related activities pertaining to the Production Phase, including, but not limited to providing complete shop drawings,
ensuring purchase of all required materials, maintaining a casting schedule and performing quality checks.
Oversee in the field-related activities pertaining to the Erection Phase, including, but not limited to preparing crane studies, rigging diagrams,
coordinating shipping and field manpower requirements while ensuring erection quality and performance to plan and budget.
Project management including, but not limited to issue identification and resolution, coordinating requested procedure submittals, escalating issues as necessary, and monitoring contract specifications, budget, and time commitments.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience as a successful Project Engineer required.
BS in Civil Engineering or MechanicalEngineering, or an Engineering related degree required.
EIT certification preferred.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead continuous improvement teams to analyze and improves manufacturing methods by implementing solutions such as using new or improved fixtures, machinery, equipment or handling methods.
Use root cause analysis methods to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing-related issues.
Provide quotes and cost estimates of improvement efforts including but not limited to fixtures, machinery, handling methods or new materials.
Communicates with vendors and purchasing to determine product specifications and arrange for purchase of equipment, materials, or parts.
Communicate with management, new products, and other staff regarding current manufacturing capabilities and ideas on developing future capabilities.
Improve overall processing of material in various fabrication and assembly processes through data collection and analysis by reducing cycle time, lead time, cost and quality defects.
Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, drawings, 3D CAD models and standard operating procedures.
Develop project plans and own responsibility for completion of milestones that identify all project steps, resources required and capital requirements.
Provide technical support and training to production staff as needed.
Must possess strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well within cross-departmental groups and clearly communicate solutions.

Six Sigma or other lean manufacturing certifications preferred
Coursework in Design for Manufacturability and/or Mechatronics a plus
Willing to relocate to North Idaho required

Photronics Inc, is looking for a Facilities Engineer I. The Facilities Engineer I is a hands on role crucial to the effective operations of the business. This assignment is a Full time position exempt role. Photronics will provide on the job training to help the candidate be successful.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As a Facilities Engineer I you will maintain day to day operation and maintenance of our manufacturing facility. A successful candidate needs to have the listed qualities or proficiencies:
Develop criteria and performance specifications for facilities and equipment required to meet unique operating requirements and building and safety codes.
Work to maintain facility assets on a day to day basis and as systems demand.
Respond and address site facility alarms and failures.
Works and plans plant, office, & production equipment layouts for economy of operation and maximum use of facilities and equipment.
Review installation, labor, materials, preparation and other related costs for asset installation and relocations.
Assists in plant, office, and production equipment installation and rearrangement projects and works with outside trades.
Willing to learn other trades of facility maintenance.
Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications/ Skills/ Attributes
Preferred HVAC knowledge .
Maintain EPA Universal Refrigerant certification.
Knowledge of refrigeration .
Requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant semiconductor facilities or 6 years of operations experience in a manufacturing facility.
Class 3 or 10 clean room experience preferred.
Relevant experience needed in the following technologies Electrical Systems, HVAC, compressors, UPW systems, boilers, Heat exchangers, SCADA systems, Fire systems, pneumatic systems, liquid and gas plumbing.
Troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical and electronic control systems.
Broad knowledge base of facility systems, methods, principles and technologies.
Experience in new tool evaluations, tool design, modifications and system level engineering is a plus.
Must have excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work independently as well as in a group environment.
Must be proficient in the use of PC hardware/software and Microsoft Office applications, Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and other software applications such as SPC, Internet Explorer
Must be willing to become ERT certified.
