Communicates manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, or other information to facilitate production processes. Confers with vendors in order to determine specifications of products and arrange equipment, material purchase, and parts. Evaluates products based on specifications and quality standards. Performs work under minimal supervision. Handles complex issues and problems, and refers only the most complex issues to higher‐level staff. Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group. May act as a "lead" or first‐level supervisor. Other duties as assigned. Required Education, Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree, and 4‐6 years of experience. Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter. Oral and written communication skills.
