The candidates should be hard working, resourceful, flexible, and results driven. This position involves customer-facing responsibilities and encompasses light facility maintenance, hospitality services, and day porter duties. Key responsibilities include: General Areas (C-suite Executive & Associate Spaces -8 Floors): -Clean and tidy restrooms, breakrooms, and suites. -Clean glass doors, sanitize handles, wipe tables and remotes, remove fingerprints from consoles, and clean whiteboards. Ensure each room has dry-erase markers and erasers. -Clean cabinets, refill hand sanitizers, and replace tissue boxes as needed. -Tuck in visible wires, close unused sockets, and clean floors as needed. -Lightly spray air freshener. Furniture & Fixtures: -Wipe down white tables and chairs, dust surfaces, check and empty trash bins, and vacuum floors as needed. Executive Admin Area: -Dust surfaces, wipe counters, clean microwave and Keurig, sanitize printer, and replenish paper as needed. -Vacuum floors and clean the exterior of the refrigerator (interior cleaning on Fridays). -Replace tissue boxes and check showers for bugs. Pour deodorizer solution down shower drains weekly. -Clean floors and mirrors as needed. Restrooms: -Check and replenish paper towels in both ladies'and men's rooms. -Empty trash bins and spray air freshener as needed. Full Kitchen: -Clean microwaves, wipe counters and cabinets, empty and clean Keurig. -Replace paper towels, ensure availability of hand and dish soap, and replace soiled dish sponges. -Wipe tables and chairs, sweep crumbs, dry floors, and wash/sanitize the sink. Lobby: -Clean lobby glass, sanitize doors, check and empty trash bins, wipe elevator buttons, sweep and mop floors, and lightly spray Lysol. Half Kitchen: -Clean microwaves, wipe counters and cabinets, empty and clean Keurig. -Replace paper towels, ensure hand and dish soap are available, and replace soiled dish sponges. (1 week rotation for ON-call) Minimum Requirements: Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience. Critical Experience/Skills: Proven experience as an Active Directory/Entra ID Engineer or similar role with a minimum of 7 years of experience. Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks with competing priorities; strong influencing skills to work with various service owners. Demonstrated experience effectively leading and managing collaborative, service management solutions across disparate functional teams. Preferred Experience/Skills: Advanced understanding of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory/Entra ID, Lightweight Directory Access Protocol, Active Directory Federation Services, and other centralized identity stores. Advanced understanding of Microsoft Azure and familiarity with IAM permissions on Management Groups, subscriptions, and resources. Advanced knowledge of Azure Active Directory/Entra ID capabilities such as Conditional Access Policies, Privileged Identity Manager, and Application Registrations. Advanced understanding of Active Directory attributes, LDAP Queries, PowerShell Scripting, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Group Policy Object (GPO) analysis, configuration, and item-level targeting, active directory replication, Active Directory backup and restore, as well as certificate installation. Advanced understanding of implementing security on Active Directory and Entra ID and hardening those platforms. Advanced understanding of Active Directory and Entra ID backup and restore processes and experience of performing Disaster Recovery exercises. Advanced understanding of Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory/Azure Active Directory/Entra ID services. Advanced understanding of PowerShell scripting with proven experience implementing automation, including experience utilizing APIs such as Microsoft Graph. Advanced understanding of Single-Sign On and authentication protocols such as SAML & OIDC. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
