These spaces are also ILA huts along a fiber route from New Jersey to Ashburn VA where Lightpath and Lightpath customers house electronic equipment for their leased fiber network from Lightpath. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of critical infrastructure maintenance to include but not limited to HVAC, generators, power plants and site BMS within a facility, including requests, plans to modify infrastructure. Managing vendor maintenance contracts with to perform quarterly, semiannual and annual maintenance on the structural, electrical, mechanical and plumbing critical infrastructure. Plan and maintain preventative schedules. Planning, designing, and allocation of power and space allocations within the Lightpath facilities and Datacenters.
