Perform stress analysis of nonconformances of composite (and where required, metallic) parts and assemblies identified on the production line.

Communicate NCRs clearly to Structures Stress team leads and request additional technical support when needed to ensure a flowing production line.
Collaborate with MRB liaison, M&P, Manufacturing Engineering and other engineering departments for complex or out for scope deviations requiring technical discussion.
Demonstrate knowledge of standard repair procedures for typical nonconformance occurrences.
Compile NCR Stress Reports documenting the non conformance incident, stress substantiation, assessment results and demonstrate approval for acceptance or repair.

**What you'll do:**
+ Assist Project Manager on municipal, commercial, residential, and institutional projects
+ Prepare reports and permit applications related to civil engineering projects
+ Assist in the design of civil engineering-related projects, including site grading, wastewater collection, septic design, road and drainage improvements, drinking water treatment, distribution, and storage, and construction services assistance
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project needs
+ Ensure adherence to safety standards and best practices in all project activities
+ Participate in project meetings and provide technical input as needed
**What you bring:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline from an accredited institution
+ 2-5 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in water and wastewater infrastructure, stormwater, and site design
+ EIT or PE preferred
+ AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D experience required
+ Vermont regulatory framework experience preferred
+ Strong understanding of civil engineering fundamentals, including stormwater/drainage design, surface water hydraulics, water and sewage systems, and roadway/parking design
**Salary Range:**

Applicant should have desire to help in managing projects involving earthwork, utilities, bridge construction, road construction, and concrete. Experience in heavy-civil and specialty markets is a plus. Education should include a degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field. Duties will include estimating, planning, budgeting, purchasing, scheduling, crew coordination, oversite of project execution, assisting in building the work, and interfacing with the client.
Applicants should have the ability to operate in both the office and the field. ECI self-performs the majority of our contracts - field experience is essential for this role. The applicant must be proficient in all Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) and autocad drafting and bluebeam experience is a plus. The applicant must have strong attention to detail, be a good communicator, and be a relentless problem solver. The applicant should also be organized, neat, and professional, possess a valid driver's license and have a good driving record.
Location: Williston, VT with possible extended assignments throughout Vermont or other states.
Rate of Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 / Hour.
