Collaborate with Shop Foreman, Field Foreman, Project Managers, Parts Area Foreman, Thermatech Division, and VDC Department to determine fabrication sequence, layout of joint locations and methods of fabrication.
Actively participate in waste reduction efforts and process improvement ideas to reduce waste and drive improvement from design through fabrication processes.
Support and maintain a safe and Lean working environment.
