Responsibilities Include:
Configure and customize SharePoint and other application systems including design, architecture, availability, reliability and performance.

Responsible for the monitoring and security of the portal.
Build scalable web applications, leverage OOTB solutions, write and modify code, debug software and/or identify solutions for SharePoint sites.
Being the main POC for the COR.
Develop and manage all aspects of the SharePoint environment.
Build workflow forms using SharePoint Designer, and PowerApps/Flow.
Support user acceptance testing for migration to SharePoint Online environments from on-prem sites utilized by the clients.
Lead and/or facilitate meetings and working groups geared toward the development of SharePoint solutions that address the needs of stakeholders across the client space, including military and civilian workforces.
Conduct detailed research and analysis of technical data to provide informed guidance/recommendations for SharePoint and web development, related to organizational strategy and project/program management.
Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with senior personnel, including Flag Officers, while having the ability to provide coaching to senior leadership and/or client personnel.
Provide support to senior clients in the management of project timelines and risk identification for multiple initiatives across the directorates as they relate to strategic planning, change management, business transformation, and communications.
Contribute to development and revision of both new and existing job aids documents that support clients and contractor support teams on use and navigation of SharePoint.
Contribute to and manage the development of best practices for technological change management, communications, and implementation plans.
Facilitate client meetings and exercises to understand and document full scope of deliverable requirements.
Requirements
A senior technology expert with a preferred 10+ years of specific IT experience as a developer on large and complex business systems.
Possess advanced proficiency in SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online development, including the ability to design, implement, and customize applications using SharePoint's various features and functionalities.
Experience architecting solutions that involve SharePoint configuration items lists, relationships, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and the use of SharePoint Designer
Proven experience with .NET Framework, C#, ADO.NET, ASP.NET, PowerApps or other related proficiencies.
Proven experience and expertise in integrating SharePoint with Dynamics 365 to address document management requirements.
Hands on experience with relational database management system Design/Development. Special focus on SQL Server Database platform.
Bachelor's in computer science or a related field.

Developers will be required to achieve satisfactory performance on the DCART Junior Developer Aptitude Test (JDAT) to be eligible to support the contract. The exam will be administered remotely, and the candidate will have 60 minutes to complete. Proficiency will be tested on several topics, including but not limited to the following:
