The Role This is a people-focused, execution-heavy operations role. As Operations Manager - Personnel & Staffing, you will own recruiting, hiring, staffing coverage, and instructor management across our school-year programs and summer camps. You will be the primary point of ownership for ensuring programs are fully staffed, issues are handled calmly, and instructors are supported. This role is focused on execution and people leadership, not systems redesign.
