The client's Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) team is seeking a Technical Lead to participate in development activities spanning multiple Salesforce platforms. The ideal candidate will be able to:
1. Independently build and unit test components as well as work with Dev/QA team members to resolve code and configuration-based defects. Lead a dev team and provide guidance/mentor as needed.
2. Provide direction to the dev team to conduct research and document results for new Salesforce capabilities or review exiting platform-related issues.
3. Lead Proof of concepts with the architects to evaluate and document new designs, integrations, patterns, and practices.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and demonstrate proficiency in Core Salesforce capabilities such as: Apex, LWCs, flows, triggers, complex formulas, workflows, and security.
Participate in agile practices and ceremonies through scrum team planning sessions, user story refinement, daily status updates, code reviews and provide leadership to team members.

Design, document, and develop development patterns and best practices for consumption by COE technical delivery organization.
Mentor technical delivery staff.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Min 4 years of progressively responsible technical and business work experience developing enterprise-level applications which includes Salesforce.com full-stack development experience.
Min 2-3 years in a scrum team environment
Strong problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) are primary to the success of this candidate.
SFDC Data Model knowledge across various cloud/products & strong data modeling experience.
Subject matter expertise in branching/code merging practices in GIT (or equivalent) repository.
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce Certifications such as, but not limited to: Administrator, Platform Developer (1 and 2), Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant

+ Proven experience working with all layers of application development.
+ Experience with HCL Commerce, Coveo Search/Any search engine, Adobe Experience cloud is preferred.
+ Must have experience in doing code reviews, writing unit test cases, and working closely with all stakeholders involved in product engineering.
+ Experience with build & deploy CI/CD pipelines using GITHUB, Jenkins, or Concourse including security scans (like Veracode) and code coverage tooling (like SonarQube).
+ Experience in Agile (Scrum) project methodologies.
+ ITIL certification a plus.
+ Exposure to pharmaceutical domain is a plus.

Are you a senior developer with a background in financial reporting, underwriting, cash management, or audit? Our Finance department is looking for innovative developers who can bring outside-the-box thinking and technical expertise to our team. This role plays a critical part in supporting Express Scripts by developing, maintaining, and enhancing underwriting and setup models-primarily web and Excel-based tools that integrate with platforms like Oracle, Databricks, and Python.
Beyond hands-on development, this position will:
Influence the broader function and strategic direction of the team.
Solve unique and complex problems that span multiple business areas.
Provide technical recommendations to leadership, often requiring collaboration across departments.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Drive the strategic vision and execution of application development initiatives.
Provide expert technical guidance to leadership to shape development strategies.
Serve as a subject matter expert across all facets of application development.
Collaborate with Underwriting, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to enhance models and improve profitability forecasting and user experience.
Manage the full development lifecycle: design, development, testing, and release.

QUALIFICATIONS
