Overview

Primary responsibility is to monitor the portfolio quality of assigned Segment 2 and 3 businesses' credit relationships including gathering, analyzing and underwriting all business and personal financial data collected for the purpose of issuing, extending, amending, reviewing, monitoring and testing a commercial credit facility for the most complex and high valued loans and maintaining direct contact with clients in the management of these relationships. Expected to liaise between all parties to ensure timely and efficient analysis that meets the expectations of the Borrowers, Relationship Managers, Credit Officers, Borrowers' Financial Advisors, and Attorneys. Assists team in achieving sales results and portfolio growth. Identifies sales opportunities within the portfolio and escalate to the RM. Additionally, the position is responsible for expanding their relationships by cross-selling the Banks products and services when appropriate.

Responsibilities
  • Accountable together with the Relationship Managers for managing complex credit relationships through underwriting, policy knowledge, credit structuring, and risk assessment in complex credit request packages. Ensure packages are complete, accurate and thoroughly documented. Coordinate meetings to discuss new loan requests, renewals, current and adequate financial statement collection, risk rating assessments, past dues, pipeline and call preparation
  • Engage in ongoing direct dialogue with clients focusing on the credit relationship
  • Provide credit management support to the CME for the entire loan portfolio. Maintain oversight to key portfolio activities to include Watchlist reporting, AQR process completion, and loan review interaction. Monitor covenant testing, financial collection and annual line reaffirmation/term loan review process with associated accounts.
  • Complete industry specific underwriting including analysis and industry sub-sector trends
  • Assist in an effective closing process including working with outside counsel, clients and advisors throughout onboarding. Drive accurate ordering appropriate documents. Act as liaison with internal departments. Ensure loans are booked as approved
  • Facilitate timely receipt of current and adequate financial statements. Analyze financial statements and document client performance, conduct annual credit review meetings with clients along with identified risk and risk factors
  • Conduct loan portfolio concentration and trend analysis. Generate industry and market analysis reports for production and credit staff. Monitor and assess the loan portfolio for performance trends. Manage data integrity of all data inputs and outputs. Review and update loan systems information to ensure accuracy
  • Assists team in achieving sales results and portfolio growth. Partners with RMs to increase overall sales performance by identifying sales opportunities within the portfolio.
Qualifications Education

Bachelor Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Finance, Economics, or Business Administration. (Required)

Primary Responsibilities

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools Districts' property portfolio consist of more than 23 million square feet of conditioned space, more than 5000 acres of land and approximately 650 buildings plus 1500 mobile classrooms and mobile restrooms.

This position is responsible for leading the delivery of property and facilities management services for, an assigned portion of, the CMS Districts property portfolio. Responsibilities also include providing property and facilities related expertise to support efforts that District schools and sites are operating effectively, and efficiently and in compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Provide property and facilities management to ensure first class client relationships and the delivery of exceptional customer service to each assigned school portfolio of each Senior Portfolio Manager (SPM).

Liaison and communication link between CMS Building Services and the individual school staffs (principals and site administrators) through Customer Service Center on various issues related to property and facility management and operations of each site. Partner with CMS Maintenance Services, Custodial Services, Support Services, Real Estate and Facility planning, Environmental Health and Safety and other internal and external resources in support of CMS Building Services goals and objectives. Conduct periodic facility/grounds inspections to identify areas of concern as it relates to general maintenance and repair and ensures all work orders are submitted and completed. Conduct periodic health and safety risk assessments, identifying potential areas of risk and supporting corrective action plans.
