Job Summary A NIH grant-funded postdoctoral position is available immediately in the Georgia Cancer Center for highly motivated individuals interested in cancer immunology and immunotherapy. The major research focus of this funded research project is to develop new immunotherapy regimens through in-depth mechanistic understanding of tumor-host interaction in the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment using cutting edge technologies. The successful applicant will plan and take part in performing experiments with other lab members as a team. He/she will take the lead in analyzing, interpretating results and working together with the PI for manuscript preparation and scientific presentations. A motivated applicant with the career goal of becoming an independent researcher will be encouraged and assisted.
