At least 5 years of hands-on experience in developing and applying proteomic/chemoproteomic techniques, including sample preparation, LC-MS/MS analysis, and data analysis. Strong expertise in mass spectrometry instrumentation, including Orbitrap, Q-TOF, and triple quadrupole platforms, and software packages for data analysis such as MaxQuant, Proteome Discoverer, and Skyline. Experience in liquid chromatography techniques, including nano-LC and HPLC. Strong track record of scientific publications and presentations.
