Job Description
Core Responsibilities
This leader will manage our onboarding team which is focused on contacting all new customers both in the SMB and MM verticals with a focus on ensuring customers are welcomed to Comcast Business, and we correct any issues found post installation and provide feedback to the appropriate business channels to improve our processes over time driving positive NPS.Spearhead our product deployment team which is centered around solid project management of cross functional initiatives often with a project load of more than 100 active projects that are time based and business focused.Drive success with our Incident management function, internal business communications, and program management.Communicate with appropriate internal groups (i.e., Accounting, Finance, Sales, Operations, IT and Legal Affairs) to ensure proper analysis of tracking and reporting.Maintains a high level of technical expertise and sales proficiency to meet the reporting needs on client activity.Generates daily activity reports and reporting trends.Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

The Senior Manager, Rebate Claims Process plays a key role in the successful invoicing of drug manufacturer rebates. The Rebate Claims team manages theprescription claim volume that flows into the Rebatesystem for the entire PBM as well as for Rebate Onlyclients. This Senior Manager position will be the teamleader responsible for managing the claims process definition and acting as subject matter expert for other team members. This person will direct Managers leading Rebate claim system IT capital projects and will approve project requirements and User Acceptance Testing; and sponsor and drive requirements for business process change projects. The Senior Manager works closely with internal and external business partners to share information that will ensure the timely validation and finalization of claims to be invoiced to drug manufacturers for rebates. This position must be able to analyze current processes and identify areas for improvements both within the claims processes and also upstream PBM processes that impact claims. This role may require working some nights and/or weekends. - Manage a team in a highly stressful environment where team errors could can delay or even completely prohibit rebate submissions of over $10 billion per quarter, costing the company millions in cash flow alone. - Provide leadership and guidance to managers, advisors and analysts on the claims team. Provide subject matter expertise and technical rebate data systems and processes knowledge to the entire team.- Provide claims knowledge to assess and or rectify issues encountered in rebate research, invoicing, and upstream process areas such as claims adjudication. Act as subject matter expert to the rebate operations team on a variety of topics including adjudication, LCM logic, claim data fields and Rebate system processes and logic. Troubleshoot and solve issues caused by upstream problems ranging from EDW code failures, to medical claim file problems, adjudication code bugs, incorrect formulary IDs and issues with rebate guarantee calculations. - Supervise managers, advisors and analysts over enrollment reporting, formulary remapping, and aberrant quantities. Manage the claims lock and close processes for the rebates finance operations team. Provide direction and guidance to directors and senior managers in the rebate invoicing, rebate payments and rebate research areas. Provide consulting and client information that drives client underwriting activities and trade relations activities.- Rectify medical claims issues directing sales teams, product teams and even clients in activities required to mitigate client file issues.- Provide system requirements for planned and also emergency code fixes to address issues.
Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum: 75,400

Maximum: 158,300

Required Qualifications
