Job Description:

Job DescriptionWe need a high energy Senior Product Line Manager for our Data Center Solutions Group (DCSG) business unit to help manage the growth of the product line. This high impact Senior Product Line Manager will be responsible for taking our leadership in Ethernet networking products to the next level. As a Senior Product Line manager, you will work with customers, technologists, and engineering to define a product from scratch and drive through the product planning process.

Responsibilities
Create market requirements document (MRD) for next generation products covering all aspects of the product, including Ethernet NIC ASIC, hardware accelerators, PCB hardware and software requirements. Drive customer requirements into the engineering development process and serve as advocate for customer in the prioritization process Plan roadmap and portfolio by working with customers, sales, FAEs, and design team. Prepare and deliver executive proposals for new product investment. Identify areas of product focus and new investment, perform market analysis and competitive comparisons.Lead cross functional teams to deliver a total market solution, including silicon, reference hardware, software and documentation Create product launch plans, including positioning, pricing, customer and sales collateral and customer and channel training Collateral creation including product briefs, blog posts, marketing briefs and web site content Develop strong customer relationship with strategic OEM accounts in the market. Marshal the management, marketing, and engineering resources of the business unit to ensure success Support product change, die revisions, errata notification and EOL process.

Job Requirements
Experience in Product Marketing, Business development of networking semiconductor products. Must have at least one equivalent title of: Product Marketing Manager/Director, or Product Line Manager/Director. New Business development experience is a plus Familiarity with Ethernet or other networking technologies is essential, and familiarity with data center networking is a strong plus Familiarity with hardware design and PCB production Must have proven product definition experience with successful products Comprehensive background in semiconductor design necessary to evaluate product tradeoffs for schedule, manufacturing cost, power and total development cost.Bachelor degree in EE or Computer Science required and 12+ years of marketing experience or Masters degree in EE or Computer Science and 10+ years marketing experience or MBA is a strong plus.

**SUMMARY:**

The SrProduct Line Manager will have overall responsibility and accountability for the performance of a Product Line with a sales volume up to $10.6 million.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Maximize sales and margin objectives for the Product Line.

+ Coordinate with staff to achieve business objectives in fiscal year plan.

+ Identify market trends to anticipate areas of opportunity.

Celestica's Hardware Product Solutions Team has an opening for a Product Line Manager for AI/ML Solutions. This individual must possess a strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Deep Learning (DL), and Machine Learning (ML) solutions from the datacenters all the way out to the edge. As part of an entrepreneurial team in this rapidly growing business, you will play a key role working closely with multiple functional teams within Celestica to drive the development of platforms that help Enterprise, Service Provider, and Carrier customers transform their businesses using AI/ML technologies.

The ideal candidate has experience with hardware and software product management, understands the full product lifecycle (cradle to grave), and has strong program management experience with ongoing parallel projects. The candidate will own all commercial aspects of products and should possess strong analytical abilities and judgment, and be an active contributor in setting up processes to increase the impact of strong product management practices. This opportunity requires excellent business, technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Keep abreast of new technologies, market trends, and customer requirements for AI/ML solutions.

+ Strong knowledge of hardware accelerator technologies such as Servers, GPUs, DPUs, etc.

+ Knowledge of open-source AI software toolkits, APIs and development frameworks such as TensorFlow, Spark ML, Torch, Caffe, and Scikit-learn.

+ Drive Market Requirement Docs and Program Requirements Docs through creation, review, and approval.

+ Support Product system architecture and product configuration definitions.

+ Develop Business Cases to secure funding for new Celestica platforms.

+ Lead technical RFI/RFQs and deliver cost-competitive and compelling technical proposals for customer opportunities.

+ Determine market pricing for new platforms/solutions going to market.

+ Track actual performance against business case plan.

+ Responsible for the overall product P&L, including closed-loop analysis

+ Drive cross-functional collaboration from key organizations (PMO, Marketing, Sales, Development, Aftermarket Services, Manufacturing, Quality, Account Mgmt, Pricing/Quoting, Legal, etc.)

+ Review engineering change requests from development and customers

+ Drive Value Engineering sessions to continuously reduce product costs

**Qualifications**

+ 10+ years of relevant product management experience at a Service Provider or Enterprise technology company

+ Experience developing/launching products within the AI/ML segment.

+ Experience leading product vision, go-to-market strategy, and product requirements.

+ Experience managing strategic product roadmaps, and working with cross-functional teams.

+ Entrepreneurship, positive attitude, ability, desire, and willingness to make an impact
