We are seeking a Senior Director, Product Marketing to lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our Governance solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Go-To-Market Strategy & Execution: Lead GTM planning and execution for platform capabilities, ensuring alignment across product, sales, marketing and other key stakeholders.
Positioning & Messaging: Develop clear, differentiated messaging and for the Diligent One Platform vision and its supporting solutions tailored to key personas.
Sales Enablement: Create and deliver sales tools, training, and collateral that empower commercial teams to effectively position the Diligent One Platform and sell its supporting offerings.
Market Insights and Analysis: Provide foundational insights including market analysis, TAM, ICPs, personas, customer journey mapping, competitive analysis, and Voice of Customer (VoC) to guide marketing and product decisions.
Content Development: Collaborate with content and marketing campaign teams to develop high-impact assets including product slicks, presentations, videos, and web content.
Campaign Design: Develop multi-channel campaigns (digital, content, events, web) in partnership with Demand Generation, Field Marketing and other marketing functions to drive awareness and pipeline.
Pricing and Packaging: Define strategies for pricing, packaging, and product-market fit to align with both new customer acquisition and customer expansion opportunities.
Performance Measurement: Define success metrics and measure the impact of product marketing efforts, continuously refining GTM strategies, positioning, and messaging to drive product growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the voice of the customer and market in product roadmap discussions and strategic planning.
Required Experience/Skills
8+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably in SaaS or platform-based technology.
Proven success in executing GTM strategies and product launches.
Strong storytelling and content creation skills for both technical and business audiences.
Experience working closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Deep understanding of sales enablement, customer journeys, and persona-based marketing.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Adaptable and can deal with ambiguity and changing priorities, with an eye for prioritization.
Preferred Experience/Skills
Experience in GRC, legal tech or enterprise software.
Familiarity with platform business models and multi-product ecosystems.
Experience supporting multiple customer segments and global markets.
Strong understanding of pricing, packaging, and product bundling strategies.

Position Overview:
The Senior Product Marketing Manager (PMM) role is a dynamic opportunity for a self-motivated professional to shape the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Diligent's FedRAMP solutions. Reporting to the Senior Director, Product Marketing for the Diligent Risk portfolio, this individual will focus on highlighting FedRAMP authorization as a key differentiator for Diligent. The PMM will target Government Contractors, Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), and the U.S. Federal Government to drive adoption of our FedRAMP Moderate and DoD IL-5 authorized solutions.
This position requires close collaboration with FedRAMP Subject Matter Experts, Product Management, and the Sales organization to craft impactful positioning, messaging, and resources. As part of the Risk & Audit Business Unit, the PMM will play a pivotal role in helping Diligent stand out in the GRC landscape as one of the only providers offering this level of platform security and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop & Execute GTM Strategy: Lead the development of messaging and positioning for Diligent's FedRAMP IT Compliance solution and emphasize FedRAMP authorization as a critical differentiator across Diligent's product suite, addressing pain points specific to Government Contractors, CSPs, and the U.S. Federal Government.
Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on U.S. government contractors and the public sector landscape, including competitors, personas, buying triggers, and key events. Focus on trends impacting FedRAMP compliance and IT risk management.
Sales Enablement: Create and maintain resources such as pitch decks, battle cards, product collateral, and competitive intelligence that help the Sales team articulate the unique value of Diligent's FedRAMP solutions.
Sales Partnership: Collaborate with SME teams and sales leaders to shape how FedRAMP solutions are positioned during the sales process, identify opportunities to enhance sales enablement tools, and drive alignment between marketing and sales strategies.

Required Experience/Skills:
3+ years of B2B product marketing experience in SaaS technology or professional services, ideally with exposure to government or GRC solutions.
Strong understanding of FedRAMP compliance, IT risk management, and public sector procurement processes is highly preferred.
Proven ability to collaborate across functions, including product management, sales, and marketing, to execute on product marketing strategies.
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
Familiarity with marketing tools such as Salesforce, Highspot, Outreach, Marketo, and Wrike is beneficial but not required.
