**Qualifications**
+ 5+ years of experience in marketing, digital transformation, or marketing technology
+ **Strategic understanding of Generative AI tools** (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, etc.) and **enthusiasm for applying them to marketing use cases**
+ Exposure to or curiosity about **agentic AI systems** , including autonomous or semi-autonomous agents and workflow orchestration tools
+ Demonstrated ability to **learn fast** and translate emerging technology into actionable business value
+ **Experience leading marketing process design, enablement, or technology** implementation
+ Strong grasp of content structure, SEO, and digital experience principles
+ Exceptional communication and storytelling skills - **able to make complex ideas accessible to executives and non-technical teams**
+ Proven track record of collaboration across global, matrixed organizations
+ **Deep intellectual curiosity** and growth mindset - constantly exploring new tools, testing new ideas, and sharing insights with others

Role is hybrid out of an ADP office.
Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $85,200.00 - USD $173,100.00 / Year*
