    Product Manager Scottsdale, AZ About the Role We're seeking a driven Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of features that enhance the experience for our users and internal stakeholders. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define the product roadmap, translate customer needs into solutions, and ensure our platform evolves to meet the demands of a growing market. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking abilities, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills, being able to work across multiple teams to synthesize information and determine requirements. They will have 5+ years of experience in product management within a B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment. Duties & Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Technical Vision Define and articulate a clear product vision that aligns with company goals and user needs. Use data, research, and market insights to identify opportunities and prioritize initiatives. Develop and maintain a product roadmap that communicates priorities and progress to stakeholders. Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate with Business Analysts, Associate Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and Design teams to prioritize and deliver high-quality features. Communicate product plans, progress, and results to internal and external stakeholders. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support to enable successful product launches. Execution & Delivery Define clear, actionable requirements for new features and improvements through user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria. Manage product development from ideation to release, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact initiatives. Monitor and analyze product performance post-launch, using data to iterate and improve. Customer Focus Act as the voice of the customer by deeply understanding their needs and advocating for solutions. Build relationships with users and gather insights to inform product direction Qualifications: 5 years of experience in product management, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with engineering teams. Proven ability to define and deliver successful digital products or features. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a user-centric approach to product development. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams. Nice to Have Experience in B2B, logistics, or workforce solutions industries. Knowledge of workforce travel or accommodation management challenges. Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
