About the Role
We are seeking a SeniorProductMarketing Manager to lead productmarketing for Fieldguide's Advisory segment (including cybersecurity, IT advisory services, and IT compliance assessments like ISO, HITRUST, PCI, CSA). This person will ensure that our Audit-Grade Field Agents are expertly positioned as the only rational choice for advisory firms looking to compete in a new paradigm.
This role requires a rare mix of storyteller and operator: someone who can go deep, translating deep domain expertise into compelling narratives, mapping product features to customer needs and operationalizing a differentiated value proposition through GTM programs that drive measurable impact.
What You'll Do Messaging & Positioning
Craft differentiated positioning and storytelling for Audit-Grade Agents by articulating clear value across practitioner-critical workflows, within the context of Advisory.
Translate Fieldguide's AI capabilities into practitioner language, making Field Agents tangible and trusted professional table stakes within our industry.
Go-to-Market
Drive launches for new advisory-focused products and features, owning end-to-end GTM planning, execution, and measurement.
Partner with Demand Gen and Sales Enablement to create campaigns, collateral, competitive battlecards, demos, and customer stories that accelerate adoption.
Act as the voice of the market - deeply understand their workflows, needs, and blockers.
Conduct win/loss analysis, advisory research, and competitive intelligence to inform roadmap and GTM strategy.
Cross-Functional Influence
Help scale Fieldguide's AI-powered PMM function - building systems and playbooks that can be replicated across product lines, and scaled across lines of business.
Partner closely with Product, Sales, CS, and Partnerships to both shape the advisory roadmap and ensure alignment in positioning & storytelling.
About You
5-7+ years of PMM experience, with a track record in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
Domain expertise in at least one of the following: advisory services, compliance/risk management, audit, or finance. (Big 4/ CPA firm/equivalent background strongly valued.)
Exceptional storytelling and communication skills - can craft narratives that resonate with practitioners, executives, and the market.
Strong executional muscle - able to translate strategy into action across campaigns, enablement, and product launches.
Comfort navigating and marketing AI/ML-driven products; able to translate technical concepts into business value with clarity and credibility.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, category-creating environment, balancing strategic big-picture thinking with operational detail.

About the role

GoodLeap is seeking a results-driven B2B/B2B2C SeniorProductMarketing Manager to lead go-to market strategy and execution across three core product areas: payments technology, financing solutions, and SaaS products for home improvement trades. This role is ideal for a strategic productmarketer with experience in fintech, payments, or B2B platforms, who can translate complex products into clear, compelling value propositions. You will play a critical role in scaling GoodLeap's payments and financing ecosystems today, while helping shape the foundation for future SaaS offerings for home improvement trades.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Go‐to‐Market Strategy & Product Positioning
Own and execute go-to-market strategies for B2B payments technology and financing products, with growing responsibility for new SaaS platform capabilities for home improvement trades.
Develop clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging across payments acceptance, financial workflows, and business operations.
Partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Creative to ensure alignment between product strategy, customer needs, and commercial execution.
Support early-stage SaaS product go-to-market strategy and execution, including positioning, messaging, and launch readiness.
Campaign & Launch Management
Lead cross-functional launches and adoption campaigns for payments and financing products, including new features, programs, and product releases.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to deliver integrated campaigns across lifecycle, demand generation, and customer communications.
Test, refine, and optimize messaging, channels, and tactics to drive adoption, usage, and revenue impact.
Sales Enablement & Revenue Support
Enable Sales and Account teams with messaging frameworks, pitch decks, competitive positioning, customer-facing assets, and training materials.
Support acquisition, activation, and expansion motions by aligning product messaging to contractor, SMB, enterprise, and strategic partner needs.
Work closely with Sales to refine ICPs, qualification criteria, and funnel strategy across payments, financing, and SaaS offerings.
Data Analysis & Performance Optimization
Define and track KPIs tied to adoption, activation, conversion, retention, and product-led revenue growth.
Analyze campaign and product performance to surface insights and continuously optimize go-to-market execution.
Champion data-driven decision-making across productmarketing initiatives.
Customer & Market Insight
Develop a deep understanding of how contractors and home improvement professionals manage payments, financing, and day-to-day business operations.
Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to inform product positioning and roadmap influence.
Translate insights into actionable recommendations for Product, Growth, and Leadership teams.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
7+ years of experience in B2B or B2B2C productmarketing, with 4+ years of highly relevant experience within fintech, merchant services, payments technology, or financial services platforms, preferred.
Strong understanding of merchant services or B2B payments, financing products, and the operational needs of home improvement trade businesses.
Experience supporting early-stage or evolving product lines, including contributing to go-to market strategy ahead of full launch.
Proficiency with productmarketing, analytics, and campaign tools.
Highly analytical with strong storytelling, positioning, and messaging skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving product roadmaps.
Compensation: $130,000 - $140,000 annually
