We are looking for a SeniorProduct Marketing Specialist as part of our European marketing team, with a dotted line into the Global Product Marketing group. In this role, you will execute the strategy and planning of the overall vehicle line-up and lifecycle in Europe. You will be responsible for defining the competitive requirements, vehicle positioning, pricing, and unique brand identifiers in order to maximize brand and consumer value in the region. This is a highly collaborative role in which you are required to act as an integrator between the consumer, product marketing, design, homologation, and other cross functional teams in our Amsterdam office as well as our Global HQ in Newark, California.

The Role:Lead analysis of pricing, features, and equipment Responsible for program deliverable status at program gateways and regular executive reviews Issue resolution champion for cross functional issues Support Weekly KPI meetings Internally represent the voice of the market (VOM) & voice of the customer (VOC) Present product positioning recommendations to the Vehicle Product Marketing group based on competitor research, customer surveys, and industry trends Develop and refine business case assessments with relevant teams (Engineering, User Experience, Design, Sales, Marketing, etc.) to support product feature decisions Develop and present qualitative and quantitative data in cohesive reports that provide clear actionable recommendations Manage key milestones during development and product launch Work closely with Lucid Sales team to ensure pricing strategies align with overall brand objectives and volume targets throughout vehicle lifecycle
Qualifications:5+ years of experience in a product marketing role at an automotive OEM in EuropeProven technical, quantitative, and critical-thinking skills, high level of independent judgment, initiative and creativity to identify and clearly communicate key performance drivers to senior management Experience managing complex projects with meaningful outcomes Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to form solid relationships cross-functionally Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on demand despite changes in work scope or focus Enthusiasm and aptitude for working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with high degree of ambiguity BA/MS degree in a relevant marketing, business, or technical field

The Sr Product Marketing Specialist - BMS Controllers will manage the controller hardware within the Honeywell Building Management Systems portfolio. In this role you will have full responsibility of managing the premium portfolio brand of HVAC controller offerings through multiple channels to the North American market. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a customer base of independent entrepreneurial systems integrators deploying smart building technologies in some of the most iconic buildings, corporate campuses, data centers, sports arenas, schools, and hospitals across North America.

This role is based in Plymouth, MN - Must be willing to work on a flex 3/2 schedule in office.

Key Responsibilities

+ Work closely with channel partners, Customer Marketing, Global Offering Management and Sales to help define and roll-out our next generation of products

+ Manage the hardware portfolio in North America and execute strategic initiatives to develop and grow the platform and expand into new vertical markets

+ Analyze pricing impacts and perform future pricing actions within the portfolio as well as implement steps in End-of-Life process when appropriate

+ Produce key Go-To-Market artifacts such as Sales Playbook, Product Overview and Demos

+ Drive launch activities of new product introductions within the channel while supporting existing portfolio

+ Accelerate demand generation and promotion programs to achieve growth and profitability goals for your portfolio

YOU MUST HAVE

+ Bachelor's Degree

+ 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management or Product Offering.

+ Experience influencing at the executive leadership level both internally and within customer organizations
