Creates email campaigns utilizing HTML/CSS, troubleshoots technical issues, creates dynamic content using scripting language, and renders testing. Lead role for uploading email creative/templates in the ESP, creating versions, testing dynamic content, and distributing tests to core team members. Thought-partner on the email-evolution steering committee and recommends testing and enhancements, complex workflow optimizations, and how to leverage the ESP to implement new tools and tactics to achieve business goals.
