The Production Operator role enjoys an outstanding starting wage of $18.00-19.00 per hour. This role is also eligible for a limited time $1,000 sign on bonus. The Production Operator is capable of contributing to all phases of the production process. Included is the operation of automated production equipment, preliminary diagnosis/identification of equipment issues, aiding with preventive maintenance and packaging of final product. Incumbents are expected to demonstrate competency in making production decisions concerning the pre-flight and operation of equipment. Must be flexible to rotate job assignments throughout production. We have variable work schedules.

Work Schedule: Nights 6:00pm - 6:00am -12 hour shift on a 2-2-3 schedule, Days 6:am - 6:00pm - 12 hour shift on a 2-2-3 schedule

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that machinery is running properly
