Auditing finished work on a set basis Managing the department's spare parts system in the Maximo Computer Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) to ensure replacement parts availability and to maintain adequate stocking levels. Managing the Preventative Maintenance (PM) generation and scheduling system in the Maximo CMMS including creating and modifying Job Plans, PM tasks, and Asset assignments. Generating & posting Downtime and PM Completion charts and updating them on a monthly basis. Monitoring department task board and ensure tasks are completed on time.
