Job Summary:


We are seeking a skilled Senior Incentive Program Analyst to join our team. This position will report to Senior Accounting Manager and is expected to drive the Company's business incentive programs and plans for sales, field application engineers ("FAE"), business managers ("BM") and etc. This Person must be highly motivated to perform a wide variety of tasks with a high degree of accuracy and process thinking and attention to detail are a must.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•Manage the Sales, FAE and BM incentive program processes as well as the development of ongoing and new plans as required
•Prepare the monthly/quarterly business incentive program calculation and reports
•Manage all the business incentive programs reporting and provide supports to the executive management for the business incentive programs related review
•Liaise with IT Department regarding the business incentive programs reporting changes and the development of new programs
•Prepare the quarterly accrual journal entries for the business incentive program related costs
•Support Accounts Payable team for the month end closing process
•Special projects as requested.


Qualifications:

•B.S. or B.A. in Finance, Accounting or similar discipline preferred
•3 to 5 year's business incentive program management/development or similar experience preferred
•Prior experience in manufacturing environment is preferred
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Must be self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision
•Ability to manage priorities/multiple projects, understand deadlines and process requests in a timely manner is a must
•Knowledge of US GAAP
•Proficient in Microsoft Excel

We are looking for an
Senior Payment Reform Program Analyst
like you who can help shape our vision and support our mission. Here is what the day-to-day functions will look like:

Ensures that information needs are understood, complete specifications are identified, and the appropriate analysis, research, report, or other support is identified to address those needs. Analyzes and documents requirements through research, data gathering, and brainstorming activities. Designs and documents reporting and analytic requests by defining, creating, evaluating, and selecting alternatives. Constructs integrated datasets that combine diverse data sources (including healthcare service claims, pharmacy claims, and provider self-report data), and develops complex analysis (including the use of statistical techniques), dashboards, and data studies to inform payment reform strategy and operationalization of programming. Transforms complex data requests into useful products with actionable outcomes that utilize the most credible and efficient data source, subject to relevant materiality levels. Produces graphically appealing and easy-to-understand visuals for internal and external stakeholders. Presents report results to Senior Management. Actively develops new tools and system enhancements, troubleshoots and solves data issues. Seeks out, identifies, documents, and initiates resolutions to data quality issues that are discovered during report and analysis development. Provides summary of trends, observations, and actionable items on complex reporting issues and development reports. Collaborates with the subject matter experts across teams to identify actionable issues through data interpretation and research. Collaborates with key internal leadership on the development and submission of relevant contractual deliverables, including overseeing the execution of key reporting metrics. Accountable for working with clinical leadership to translate relevant clinical questions into data-driven investigations using available data sources. Supports the ongoing efficiency and innovation of the Payment Reform strategy through short-term, long-term, and ongoing projects. Manages and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders and cultivates positive working relationships.

What you will bring:

Education: Bachelor's degree in public health, statistics, epidemiology, economics, healthcare management, information systems, informatics, information technology, computer science or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute.

Experience: Minimum of seven years' experience in healthcare data related field with at least three years of SQL experience. Significant and demonstrated experience with advanced data reporting and analysis methods, data management and query tools including the use of Power BI, Tableau, Python, or other similar tools required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Expert understanding of health benefits, medical terminology, medical procedures, and managed care industry; expertise with CPT, ICD and other coding systems; demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and research ability as evidenced by experience in the identification of requirements and the definition, evaluation, and selection of appropriate solutions to business problems or opportunities. Demonstrates support for the company's mission, vision and values. Significant experience with clinical data required, including demonstrated application bridging translating provider value-based payment into monetary return on investment . Ability to be a systems thinker, and efficiently and effectively engage with both technical and programmatic staff. Strong written, verbal and presentation skills with ability to communicate effectively to technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong organizational and time management skills to multitask effectively and adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities. Experience in SQL, data management and statistical tools and Microsoft Office required. May be required to manage multiple priorities and projects with tight deadlines.

  • Reports directly to the Program Operations Manager and is the final authority to provide timely, objective, expertly-guided, unfiltered, risk-based situation awareness, analyses, and countermeasure recommendations to assure mission protection and success.
  • Acts program authority for Special Access Program Central Office (SAPCO), pursuant to DoDD 5205.07 SAP Policy.
  • Serves as the final authority risk assessment/management/mitigation advisor to the program manager for converged security disciplines within and outside of the program. Provides the Operations manager and team meaningful, enterprise-wide awareness of any situation based on assessments of the myriad threats and vulnerabilities, priorities of targets, impact of their loss, and effectiveness of alternative countermeasures (value and return on investment principles).
  • The Program Protection SME is responsible for coherent strategies designed to mitigate the compromise, loss, unauthorized access/disclosure, destruction, distortion or non-accessibility of mission related assets, including sensitive and/or classified information, technology, equipment, facilities and people.
  • The Program Protection SME leads a team of security professionals that assist in running the programs complex portfolio of multiple-level programs, demonstrations and prototypes, including the incorporation of Special Access Programs (SAP) and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) technologies.   • Interface with the program Public Release program, suports reviews and provides guidance to Public Affairs for requests for release of program information and determines appropriateness of release of information applying Security, OPSEC, and Counterintelligence policies and directives.
  • Integrates and supports the program, DoD Special Access Programs Central Office (SAPCO) as subject matter expert (SME) and Program Security SME for several DoD SAPCO-sponsored SAP portfolios in support of the mission. Advises the program and customer on SAPCO, with appropriate recommendations regarding resources, organizational structure, and physical support required for program and physical security.
  • Supports the design, plans, and security environment for project open air, land, and sea classified and unclassified field testing, supporting operational prototype evaluations.
  • Coordinates with CCMD's, industry, and government partners to assess local security posture and works with members of program teams to create, implement and explain program protection strategies from initial design through full scale `classified tests.
  • Provides or ensures subordinates provide support and training where required. Redirects resources to participate in special projects, initiatives, and performs special assignments within resource constraints. Identifies the need for special projects, initiates milestones,and goals.
