Make a difference; join our team. We have an upcoming opportunity to support a global training effort supporting the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM). This effort provides operationally focused "gap" training for U.S. Army intelligence Soldiers and units who are deploying and preparing to deploy. This effort also includes the development and maintenance of critical operational intelligence training systems critical to satisfying the necessary training requirements.

More About the Role:

Supports process improvement through conducting analysis using internal program and external benchmark data. Determines areas of risk and improvement by developing / refining / monitoring metrics to create identification of and justification for improvements. Conducts statistical analysis to measure production, performance, and usage of services and products. Performs record keeping functions, ensuring all visualization and production activities such as visualization requests, product formatting, and dissemination are captured within the relevant database. Performs ad hoc and recurring business analytic support that includes, but is not limited to, business process mapping of intelligence-related activities, performance measures of intelligence-related activities, surveying stakeholders, statistical analysis of intelligence-related activities, and process improvement analysis.

Collect and tracks readiness data on Foundry program trainers, student training statistics, training site throughput data, and training trends. Develop quarterly and annual training report for Foundry Program Administrator. Provide direct support to the G-37 TREX Foundry Program, Readiness Program, and Training Program.


You'll Bring These Qualifications:

TS/SCI clearance Required Experience: Minimum 8 years of Army Military Intelligence experience and experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. Demonstrates comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of all developmental training and experiences for the labor category. Demonstrates ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced. Structures analytic questions based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines. Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction. Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution. Demonstrates ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence. Demonstrates ability to guide teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems. Demonstrated experience in Army staffing actions, to include OPORD, EXORD, and white paper formulation.


These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

Desired Education: Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

We are currently seeking a International Program Management Analyst to provide support to the PMA-262 Cooperative Program Management Team Lead and International IPTL. The Program Management Analyst will also:
+ Provide support to PMA-262 Cooperative Program Management Team Lead and International IPTL.

+ Assist with the development of cooperative program briefings, agendas, and identify program status of cooperative efforts. Prepare meeting minutes and distribute them to appropriate personnel.

+ Assist to preparing and amending cooperative program documentation.

+ Assist with managing aspects of the Cooperative Program Personnel (CPPs)

+ Assist with the development of Cooperative Program trainings. Conduct Cooperative Program trainings to all PMA-262 personnel.

+ Liaise with all Deputy Program Managers for various Cooperative Program efforts.

+ Assist with tracking Cooperative team actions, efforts, and schedules in SharePoint.

+ Keep aware of new policies, procedures, regulations, and directives affecting International Cooperation Program activities

+ Assist Cooperative team with sanitizing documents in accordance with policy regulations.

+ Track and route various documents for PMA-262 leadership approval

+ Coordinate meetings between PMA-262 and the Australian Project Office. Responsible but not limited to reserving conference rooms, distributing meeting makers, prepare briefing materials, etc.

+ Assist with tracking foreign national visit requests. Assist with inputting visitors into BASICS.

+ Organize travel for Cooperative team and CPPs in the Defense Travel System

Required Education and Experience: 3 to 10 years of experience and a BA/BS degree

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Qualifications:

• Active Secret Security Clearance
• Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Science in Information Technology, or closely related field
• Bachelor's Degree plus 4 years of additional relevant work experience; or
• Associate's Degree plus 8 years of additional relevant experience; or
• 15 years of additional relevant work experience
