* Book catering through Viacom’s in-house catering company for Paramount Events
* Work closely with the Paramount NY Technical Director to confirm that all NY based screenings are managed and covered:
* Assist with booking tech teams for special events (premieres, tastemakers, Q&A events, etc.)
* Provide schedules to additional projectionists to ensure all Paramount Screening Room screenings are covered.

* Provide support to all NY related events: premieres, and other genre specific events
* Includes keeping RSVPs for all tastemaker events and coordinating logistics with any outside vendor working on the event (Peggy Siegal Company, Darin Pfeiffer, etc)
* Create and maintain a Paramount NY Staffing document that includes all upcoming NY event details with specific staffing
* Book screening rooms and reception spaces for NY tastemaker events (both Awards and National PR based)
* Develop and reconcile NY event budgets
* Use SAP to approve all invoices processed for NY screenings and events
* NY Premieres:
* Handle invitations for on-air broadcast press, print and additional celebrity outreach
* Keep NY press RSVP listed and provide daily RSVP updates to the LA Events team
* Work with LA Events team to assist with anything that needs to be handled on the ground in NY prior to premiere
* New York Press Days:
* Work with Sourcing Department to find a hotel that can accommodate the press day needs
* Once location is confirmed, liaise with the hotel directly to ensure that all logistics (timing, nights required, specific room allotments, catering, talent-specific accommodations, etc.) are handled accordingly.
* Finance and Legal (all events)
* For all venue bookings (for tastemakers, screenings, etc.), work with both the Legal and Finance department to make sure that the contract meets all Viacom/Paramount requirements before it can be signed.
* Act as the primary liaison between the vendor and our Legal team to relay any changes that need to be made on either end to the overall contract
* Once signed, work with Finance to make sure that payment is handled per the terms in the contract.
* Basic Qualifications

* Minimum 3 years relevant experience
* Additional Qualifications
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with staff, internal and external contacts (including production staff, outside vendors and partner company representatives) and senior management
* Adept at multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing projects in a fast paced environment
* Ability to handle confidential materials and issues in a professional manner
* Proficiency with Word and Excel
