JOB OVERVIEW

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides direct leadership to the craft and construction team on-site; ensures all team members understand their purpose, direction, motivation, and development \
Maximizes project success, efficiency, and coordination through a strong working relationship, clear and concise communication, and day-to-day relationships with Subcontractors, Craft, Project Engineers, Project Managers, and other key stakeholders
Oversee meetings to evaluate, develop and maintain the project schedule
Acts as the project's safety liaison, responsible for all weekly safety meetings, safety standards, and implementation of all required safety training
Completes all required daily reports, analyses, and applicable timecard entry, review, and approval for all project staff
Responsible for identifying, requisitioning, and management of all necessary equipment and tools for each project

Ensure that project schedules and documentation account for QA reviews, especially for safety-related deliverables, in collaboration with QA leads
Team Leadership and Performance Management
Foster accountability across project teams to meet milestones and deliver results.

Project Manager - North Slope

The Camp Manager is responsible for the effective commercial and operational management of all aspects of remote camp operations for the assigned account. Manages client and stakeholder relationships and achieves and maintains DUS standards giving the highest achievable quality.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to overseeing the efficient delivery of food and environmental services (housekeeping, janitorial, maintenance) at several remote camps on the North Slope of Alaska; organizing and directing daily operations; managing scope of work within budget; interacting with the client for daily matters related to the execution of the contract, and managing the workforce. The Project Manager ensures all functions are performed in compliance with the contract's scope of work, DUS policies, standard operating procedures, and all applicable laws/regulations.
This position will be working a rotational schedule of 3 weeks on /3 weeks off and 12-hour shifts at a remote camp in Alaska. Flights to/from Anchorage and to the job site will be paid by the company. Covered meals and lodging at the job site. Point of hire: Anchorage, AK.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Check all P&Ls in your portfolio prior to monthly financials being closed off.
Quality Management
Ensure compliance with all statutory and legal requirements and DUS policies.
Conduct quarterly Site Inspections at the assigned sites and ensure all policies and procedures are being fully adhered to.
Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System, SOPs and all relevant DUS manuals.
Ensure quarterly internal audit results meet agreed targets.
Ensure the accurate reporting, completion of information required and any other administrative tasks across the portfolio of responsibility.
Staff Management
This position has general supervisory responsibility for direct and indirect reports and personnel related decisions within the assigned contracts. This includes, but is not limited to staffing, retention, recognition, training, performance management, compensation, employee relations, and investigations. All supervisory responsibilities must be carried out in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.

Implements activities that secure licensing for the Recovery Home to bring about the opening of the home by month six (6).
Ensures families are enrolled in the HUD Continuum of Care (CoC) to identify sustainable permanent housing.
Conducts follow-up with Evaluator and Trainer to ensure potential fidelity corrections to Evidence Based Practices (EBP) are timely implemented.
