US SR - FTE SRs Have experience in mapping ECC process with S/4 functionality and provided detailed gap analysis / recommendation Lead business requirements discussions with business to provide solution in S/4 HANA for the Finance and Controlling area Provide strong technical understanding of the product with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the full platform and how it may be configured to meet a customer s business needs Understand the SAP roadmap for S/4 HANA and provide consulting and advisory to customer business and IT team for their S/4 HANA adoption Have expertise in business process mapping, hands on system configuration expertise of SAP S/4 HANA You will guide clients through best-practice project scoping and delivery to ensure overall project success in technical migration / implementing the SAP S/4 HANA Ideal candidate should have a proven ability to provide technical direction for complex SAP S/4 HANA issues, and can collaborate with the business and developers and execute on agreed timelines.Required Skills/Experience: Provide consulting solutions including how to leverage standard SAP S/4 HANA functionality and how to enable requirements while maximizing the ROI. Over 14-18 years of overall SAP implementation and support experience Have worked on min. 2 brown field / hybrid S/4 HANA implementation projects as solution architect With Finance/Accounting education background should have expert level familiarity with accounting concepts Should have at least 10 years of Solutioning experience with proven prior experience design and process mapping Should be able to articulate and demonstrate S4 functionalities Should be able to engage in conversation on wide ranging Finance/Accounting topics with senior level Accounting/Finance users including Controllers At least 5+ years in S4/Simple Finance area, including implementation and solutioning Preferred Central Finance experience at least one implementation Should have experience in all FICO modules including Product Costing, Material Ledger, CO-PA, etc. and strong knowledge of integration with Sales Distribution, Production, Materials Mgmt, Project Systems, etc. Should have experience in developing RFP responses, project estimation, staffing and other pre-sales related activities Certification in S/4 HANA is a must Preferred Background: Bachelor of Science or Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience preferred or Accounting (preferred). Proven success implementing SAP functionality in a team environment & ability to work self-sufficiently. Ability to follow SAP methodology including conducting gap analysis between business requirements and SAP solutions, analyzing and preparing data migration plans, developing & executing rigorous data and process testing plans Project Management experience with Large and Medium Sized Enterprises (preferred) (1.) The project manager senior must have strong oral and written communication. They must be comfortable presenting and leading through challenging conversations with all audiences, including individual contributors, team members, managers, directors, and other stakeholders.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Develop a deep understanding of projects within the program portfolio, manage assigned projects with clarity of context, and develop an understanding of cross-program portfolio dependencies.
• Drive complex, cross-functional enterprise projects, leading multiple efforts simultaneously, with complexity and capacity as a limiting factor.
• Lead high performing, cross-functional, often globally distributed teams.
• Work independently, without the need for day-to-day guidance from senior program management leadership.
• Core project management duties include shepherding the project through formal approval and funding gates; developing a project plan that includes a detailed budget, project timeline, detailed task-driven schedule, project RACI and resource plan, and communication plan; and managing project execution from analysis/design through build, test, and deployment.
• If using an Agile approach, partner closely with the scrum master, product managers and product owners on all activities.
• Ensure that project status reports are relevant, transparent, and add value.
• Partner with relevant IT and business hiring managers to ensure that the project has the skillsets and capacity required for delivery.
