POSITION OVERVIEW
Manages and oversees all aspects of a technology project to ensure it is completed on-time and within budget. RESPONSIBILITIES
Project/Practice Management

Project Accounting
Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.
Produces weekly project status and progress reports that capture all project matrices needed for C-Level reporting.
Manages project budget.
Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project.
Follows up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices.
Analyzes project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization.
Leadership
Works in conjunction with leadership to ensure projects are in scope and in compliance.
Manages BAs and ensures that they are meeting company and site KPIs.
May provide support and coaching to emerging managers.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Position Summary
Project Manager II (PM-II) position has single point accountability or can be under general direction of a Project Director or Senior PM. PM-II position is responsible for management, or assisting management, of all phases of project planning and execution to ensure project success factors are met. Responsibilities

Project Documents
Overall responsibility for the input of information into RedTeam for the benefit of all parties
Receive, review, process, and disseminate all project drawings, specifications, reports and revisions thereto.
Project documents should be maintained in a current state in RedTeam and made available to all parties.
Communicate via RedTeam any updates to project documents.
Create in conjunction with the superintendent any required Requests for Information.
Track and manage RFI’s in RedTeam to keep all parties apprised of who’s responsible for responding.
Disseminate final responses to all necessary parties
Receive, review and process all material and data submittals.
Owner/Architect Communications
Serve as the main point of contact for the owner’s project manager and/or the project design lead
Overall Project Schedule
Create and update, no less than monthly, a project master schedule.
Communicate master schedule and updates to owner
Assist superintendent with notification of subcontractors who are not maintaining the project schedule
Adheres to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations as they relate to the construction environment.
Responsible for having a valid state-approved driver’s license.
