*Responsibilities:*
* Review architectural drawings and assess material details to accurately estimate job costs and selling price.
* Develop budgets across all project phases including design layout, projectmanagement, fabrication, finish, and shipping.

* At least 10 years architectural woodworking or high-end residential cabinet making industry experience, with at least 8 years of ProjectManager experience.
* Understanding of the construction industry, especially millwork in residential construction.

* Proven ability to manage large projects with exquisite detail and maintain multiple simultaneous priorities.
* Knowledge of Auto CAD and proficient in MS Office. Knowledge of MS Project a plus.

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $125,500 to $230,200. Knowledge of FRA, DOT, AREMA and local railroad /transit criteria
Strong Communication skills
Advanced degree in Engineering
Rail Program Management experience

Proven ability to motivate and coach people in multiple dimensions including analytical skills, projectmanagement, client relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
Strong projectmanagement skills including work planning, presentation development, quality control, and client management.
Excellent communication skills both oral and written and the ability to influence others.
Bright, conceptual and a quick learner, able to quickly assess a situation and generate new insights and actionable ideas.
