Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in managing commercial, industrial, and institutional projects over $5 million through $25 million. Design-Build experience preferred. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Lead project teams, including Superintendents, carpenters, and other key personnel, to ensure successful project delivery. Qualifications: Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, OR equivalent experience in the construction industry preferred. Minimum of 10 years of industry experience, with a proven track record of managing projects over $5 million. Extensive field experience is a plus. Strong organizational, technical, and time-management skills. Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office). Excellent communication and client service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and leadership. In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
